My family had a great experience at the resort. I have a 5 month old baby and received all the priority. Friendly staff, delicious food, compared to the price and quality of the food I think it is quite good. The room is beautiful, airy, clean, friendly staff. I will come back to the resort again if I come back to Cam Ranh.

A great location, the beach is probably the most beautiful in this area. The sand is fine, the water is very clear, and the depth with the waves is perfect for relaxing swimming. I will come back here, perfect.

The room is exactly like the picture, spacious, high floor with excellent sea view! From the airport to the hotel is 6km, very convenient for latecomers and early returnees like me :) I came to checkin at 11pm but the staff still enthusiastically supported bringing suitcases to the room and guided to use the services entertainment and dining at the hotel. The hotel has many swimming pools, swimming pools from morning to evening, chill bar music too. In the evening, there is a screen showing cartoons for the little ones, which is very cute, like a natural cinema, everyone. Breakfast buffet changes a variety of dishes and drinks. The hotel is very suitable for a vacation, it's great to relax. Will definitely come back in the nearest time! love

Top!! Hotel rooms are close to the private beach. Noticed improvements from our last stay including free afternoon tea, mini-mart set-up, etc. Staff are flexible with a free room upgrade, early checkin as well as late checkout, and addressing noise of our neighbor. Great place to stay!

When i unfortunately slipped and fell at the hotel, ( ping pong area), As a result of this accident, I suffered a severe fracture of my femur, which was broken into three pieces. I later required surgery involving metal screws and intensive medical treatment. What deeply concerns me is the extremely poor level of assistance I received from the hotel staff after the fall. Despite my serious condition and intense pain, I did not receive proper emergency support. I was left suffering at the hotel for approximately three hours before being transported to the hospital. In my opinion, this is a major failure in guest safety and emergency response, especially for a well-known international hotel chain such as Radisson . I respectfully request that Radisson Hotel thoroughly investigate this incident and provide a fair and reasonable resolution. I look forward to your prompt response and sincere handling of this matter.

The room needs some improvement; the windows need regulation to stop the wheezing sound of the wind, the washroom smelled sewage and there was no fan. I dont think the rooms were being cleaned properly; stains on the carpet, on the chairs. The hotel needs additional restaurants other than the existing ones. The staff of the main restaurant are very good and helpful especially Hang and Quyen with their beautiful smile and knowledge of English. Overall just good stay. Not competent for 5 star hotel.
