接待員非常出色

It’s convenient to go to tourist spots, only take a few minutes. There are also convenience stores at the ground floor, can buy some daily necessities.

房間空間充足, 地點幾好去景點都唔算遠, 清潔度需要改善

The host, Nam, was very helpful, responsive and efficient. He could be contacted with WeChat. It would be desirable if he could also activate Whatsapp to suit tourists from different countries. The serviced apartments is high quality, and popular with GRAB car easily available. One issue was that I had left message on combining my bookings under the Hotels.com but was not received.

Nam is very attentive and helpful. Good location. Good swimming pool. Spacious apartment.

The house has food quality and keep nice before we came in but after living in, we found many ants coming from a plant located at the balcony and cannot be killed at all.

The staff was great and helpful. Especially Staff Miss Quynh, she gave me very good recommendations. Besides, the location is good .

Everything thing is totally perfect. The host is being so nice, the first day we had been late to check at 12 but the host still smile alot and gave me the recommendation of the food near by. Also, she help me to arrange the taxi to the resort which is far away from the apartment, without her help, I thought I was so confused. And she always helping me in the trip and give me some advice. Highly recommended!!!

純粹日租套房，雖有附早餐但AM09:00下去吃已經收了，沒有清潔工打掃房間、衛生用品需自購，勉強可以接受

It is not hotel . It just like the Air B n B. The contact between customers and staff need improve.

This is a great accomodation. The living environment is brilliant. It is clean and comfortable. It is the apartment type rather than the traditional hotel. The furniture and the cooking tools are provided. The associate facilities like the gym and the swimming pool is also a great option if you have no intention to go out that day. The accomodation is located in a conviencent location. All the major tourist sopts in District 1 can be traveled within 10-15mins by Grab car or taxi. The services from the host is also great. Feel free to contact them if you need something and some suggestions regarding your trip. They are happy to help you. Overall, this is a briiliant option for your accomodation in Ho Chi Minh City ;)

整體可以，但廚房有異味，餐具有油漬，浴室水力差。

Hi, We are 4 peoples stay in Hotel Saigon Sirius at July , we were very happy for the Hotel , the staff was very helpful and friendly, give us the best service all we need , location easy too reach down town , 7 eleven open 24hrs nearby , we definitely will go back there again, Thank Nam and the C.S.team and keep the great work Mr.Au from HongKong

住宿地址直接搜尋 rivergate residence比較找到，離主要景點都很近，樓下就有7-11，雖然沒有飯店大廳但是服務人員很熱情，也很願意幫助！！飯店內含有簡易廚房和微波爐很方便，房間也很乾淨，另外飯店響應環保沒有附一次性盥洗牙刷。唯一缺點是房間的床單有點摺紋和廁所的門很難關不起來。
