Saigon Sirius

The rooms were not swept. Lots of dust everywhere. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

My stay was quite good thanks to the enthusiastic and cheerful receptionist who assisted me throughout my time here. The room was very clean, with a kitchenette and a convenient refrigerator, and even a washing machine. I liked the bed; it was clean, fragrant, and comfortable. The room was spotless, almost dust-free, which shows how thoughtful they were. The only downside is that there's no park downstairs for a walk, but otherwise, everything was great

Our biggest concern with the Saigon Sirius is that it is actually located at the River Gate Residences. The check in process is very sketchy. There are signs at the lobby entrance saying no short term rentals allowed. You have to contact someone when you arrive & they let you in.

Good size apartment as described. Kitchen had all necessary equipment for longer stays. Relatively clean however would benefit from a deep clean. The towels and bedding are not the best quality. All in all you get what you pay for.

Excellent location. Heaps of shops and restaurants nearby. Only thing to be aware of is you need to book in with the host to use the pool each day.

Nice property, great view of the city from windows. We enjoyed staying here. Host responded quickly for the questions or request. Would stay here again in the future

Not like the picture, good location to see the real HCMC, really hard bed and you stay at a place where you are not meant to be staying and you must pay in cash when you arrive for your whole stay

Clean rooms. Grocery store and Cheap eats close by! Short walk to Bui Vien Walking Street

Unable to use the pool. Instructions regarding hot water not given and the beds could be a bit softer

Not a traditional hotel, but better. It is in a great location, a short walk or Grab will get you anywhere you want to be. The room has all the amenities you would expect. And there are 3 convenience stores attached to the property.

The pool needs more seating. My property manager was very professional and organized. I heard people (with different property managers for the same building) complain about how bad there property mangers were. Mine was great!

The picture that they have on the listing is really nice, however, it does not reflect the apartment that you will stay in. Yes, it’s an apartment, not sure why I thought it was a hotel. It’s a very busy apartment building where they rent the “rooms” which are really apartments. I’m not sure if they are all the same size, but i stayed in a studio unit. I will say, the view was AMAZING….the only amazing thing about the space. The room was a decent size, and “clean”. With that being said, there was visible mold on certain places on the walls, there was a stain on the comforter that would not come off. There is a bit of a smell, maybe due to the mold. The kitchen faucet almost fell off, and i was skeptical about using any of the utensils because of the lack of 100% cleanliness. The refrigerator had a horrible smell, it was clean but smelled really, really bad each time it was opened. The microwave and AC worked just fine. There is also a washing machine on the “balcony”. Be aware that the “balcony” only has space for the washing machine, not to step out. There is a pool, but you have to let your contact know 10 minutes before using it so they can add you to the list, they then send you a picture of the sign up for you to show to the attendant. The pool is beautiful, water was nice. There are multiple people running this “operation”, none were personable, all business. They move so fast that you forget to ask questions about the space and building while you have them.

View was amazing looking out over the Saigon river, location was great for walking & grabs, bed was extremely comfortable, AC, hot water & washing machine worked great. Communication with property manager was great. Room could have been a little cleaner.

The view of the city was amazing from the 33rd floor! It was nice to have a washer and a full kitchen. The location was great for exploring. Perfect for 2 couples and a short stay. The check in process was a little confusing but we were met by the host after a bit of waiting. Grocery and 7-11 are found on the bottom floor.
