Team reassured us after we saw many negative reviews on Google that were clearly a reflection of a competitor in the building and not Saigon Sirius. We had a good location and the building had easy access to facilities. Our studio was comfy and good value for what we paid - simple yet accessible.

Check-in was a little confusing as the rooms are part condo complex known as RiverGate Residence. Once our check-in was completed it was all good. Our host was very accommodating and super friendly. Our studio was spacious and offered a great view of the city and comfortable living amenities. Very good value for money would recommend Saigon Sirius.

Room was clean and had all the listed amenities. Staff was nice and accommodating. Only negative was using the swimming pool. I had to call a rep to come down and sign up whenever I needed to go swimming. Also, one of the lifeguard/pool attendant was a jerk. The hotel rep had already told him I was coming down to use the pool, but when I got down there, he told me someone needed to come down and sign me up. He purposely made me wait about an hour. I had to call the hotel rep again. When she arrived, she reminded him that she already signed me up. The first pool attendant from a previous day was nice and wasn’t a jerk.

The room wasn’t tidy on arrival and the bed didn’t feel fresh, with black hair everywhere. Only two large towels were provided, and the kitchen had almost no utensils just a few worn-out leftovers. The shower flooded the bathroom every time, and the noise level was quite high.
On the positive side, the location is great, close to many amenities, and the owner responded quickly.

Nam was such a lovely host, very informative, greeted us at the main reception and then shown us around the studio.
It was extremely easy to communicate with Nam as he set up a WhatsApp group so if I had any questions, it was easy to ask and be informed.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable with a lovely shower. 7 eleven was literally round the corner from the main reception which was really convenient, with a little market shop & even a kids play area in the same section.
The location itself was perfect to get around the City! Would definitely recommend & will return if I come back to HCM ☺️

This is my favorite apartment in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment is conveniently located, close to the center and has many amenities: gym, swimming pool, cafe, supermarket, etc. The receptionist was very enthusiastic in guiding me to my room and helping me exchange money into Vietnamese currency. The room has a spacious city view, not too noisy, fully equipped with kitchen, pots, pans. The room was very clean, with towels and some personal items. When I asked for more towels, they were also very happy to help. If I have a chance to come back, I will stop by this place!
