close to everywhere by walking, staffs are friendly & helpful

We enjoyed our three night stay so much. Stuff were so helpful and nice. They always happy to help when we have any questions. Breakfast was good, more than enough choices! We would recommend this hotel to everyone!

附近很熱鬧很多商店可逛，離還劍湖也很近，早餐也豐富好吃 最美中不足的是房間內看到兩三次小蟑螂出沒，還有洗澡時的水忽冷忽熱，希望能改善整潔及基本設施！

整體滿意是沖涼時沒有熱水

宾至如归，服务上乘，环境整洁，房间虽小但安排合理配置，极力推荐，下次如果去越南还会选择这里

I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Hanoi. Not only is the location excellent, but the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to make our 10th Anniversary extra special. As well as providing a great selection of food at breakfast, the hotel also offers free afternoon tea for all guests, which is very nice. All things considered, the hotel offers excellent value for money, and the staff will make your stay a memorable one.

Positivt: - Topp beliggenhet i gamlebyen med kort avstand til severdigheter - God seng - Romslig størrelse på rommet - Aircondition kunne enkelt reguleres og stilles inn - Vennlig og service innstilt ansatte. De var positive og prøvde å imøtekomme ønsker bår vi ba om noe. Vi fikk byttet rom da vi sjekket inn, og det var ingen problem at vi flrst inspiserte ledige rom før vi bestemte oss. Prisen ble den samme. - Grei frokost i hotellets restaurant i toppetasjen, med fin utsikt - God og variert mat i restauranten til helt fair priser - Afteroon tea servert i restauranten inkludert i prisen. - Bra value for money Negativt: - Byggearbeider på naboeiendommen var svært forstyrrende fra klokken 06:00 til 19:00 hver dag - Badet på vårt rom hadde ingen dusj, men kun et badekar med høy kant som man må klatre oppi dersom du vil dusje. Vi skled og slo oss da vi skulle gå ut av badekaret - Det er to heiser, men den ene var under vedlikehold deler av oppholdet. Veldig ofte var heisen i bruk av ansatte da vi skulle bruke den. Med 10 etasjer var det alltid ventetid når man skulle bruke heisen.

Great location superb customer service

Absolutley love this place!! So beautiful, awesome rooftop bar, and best of all, the staff is sooo nice!!! Love it so much we are staying again in a few days when we end our trip in Hanoi!!! 😊

This place is so central. It's in the heart of everything and close to many attractions from walking distance. The hotel is clean and the staff is truly what made my stay even more special. Anna is incredibly helpful and was the resident 'concierge'. She made my Mum and my stay hard to say goodbye but if I ever returned to Hanoi, I will make sure to book Lucien (previously San Grand). Julia who is a Trainee is also amazing. The Bell boys are courteous and friendly. Always greeting with a smile.

Stay was good shower did not work very well I think broken but the hotel staff very pleasant and helpful

The area was great and the staff very friendly we were very comfortable. Our room was spacious and clean. I recommend this place and will be back thank you so much
