The location is very convenient, about 25 minutes drive from the airport. The quality of the food is good and the breakfast is very rich. There is a private beach, quiet and clean. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable. Hotel facilities and staff services are generally satisfactory.

The hotel is quite dirty, the first day I check in I can see there is the coffee mark on the floor, it seems they didn't clean the floor from the last customer. At the same night, there is a fly bud in our room. The serves are not good, the resort has the shuttle bus to go to the city centre, however, the doorman was really rude and yell at us. Overall, I don't recommend to stay there at all.

The beach is nice and quite clean. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is not tasty and another restaurants are quite expensive. The Spa service is good but little expensive. It is quite noisy to have swimming pool party , they sang too lound.

thank you so much for the free upgrade to the ocean view suite and have a excellent experience in this resort. the spa is good and relaxing, spa buffet price is reasonable with a good service. and the front desk is very helpful in made a reservation of the shuttle bus service and explain the resort information. i will book this resort next time when i go DA Nang and introduce to my friends.

Although it had beautiful beach, and relaxing environment; most of the reataurants are not air conditioned. Their electric fans are not strong enough for such a large area... I went to another resort nearby for breakfast on 1 day, it was due to too hot here and too many mosquito.

On the first day of arrival, we were arranged to stay in a room at the G/F and the hotel said all other rooms were fully booked. The G/F room had a bad smell at the bathroom and we had to be patient waiting for the next day before changing to the room on 4/F which was much better in terms of tidiness and comfort. The sea view was great. Overall speaking our experience was good and the transportation to Hoi On was well arranged. Just make sure to request a room on upper floors !
