Sunline Hotel

Great location that famous spots could be reached within 10 minutes walk. The staff are very helpful and polite. Breakfast is yummy!

飯店櫃檯人員服務態度非常好，房間乾淨，冷氣超強。 403房房間有對外窗，雖然沒有景色，但光線可以充分照進來。 晚上房間內的照明一般，並不是太亮，但可以清楚看到房間內的各個角落。 地點非常好，離鬧區很近，但又不會被路上車子喇叭聲吵到。

地點很好，附近很方便。 工作人員需要加強一下。沒有行李還硬是要跟來房間要小費。沒給就擺個臭臉。

旅店提供的SPA/旅遊行程/ 接機費用⋯都比同業貴，早餐與旅店價位不等值，失望

除了早餐以外，其他都比一般 3星級酒店好很多。

早餐不好。Breakfast is not good

1.服務：服務人員態度佳且主動積極，打 掃房間乾淨 2.交通：週邊景點多且環境交通便利，唯 中不足的是汽機車喇叭聲擾人。 3.餐飲：早餐菜色略為不足但最起碼是熱 騰騰，讓人一早就有活力。 住宿費用尚可接受，下次來還會再續住且推薦給週邊朋友。

Good location , near the lake

Something good about Sunline hotel: 1. Staff are nice (during my staycation there were Japanese and other foreign visitors, all staff speak fluent English and I spotted one of them even speaks fluent Japanese) 2. Breakfast are not bad 3. Room not very big but cosy and clean (i love the wooden floor!) 4. Location-wise it's so close to Hoan Kiem Lake and some other tourist attractions along the lake, only within 5 mins walk 5. There are quite a few lovely cafes next to the hotel, convenient stores open till late and many more to do and see even at late night (coz i heard Hanoi sleeps early before but my area is all good) 6. It was Christmas during my stay and happy that we enjoyed a small but cosy Christmas party at the hotel lobby and I think this was very sweet Downside about Sunline hotel: 1. Not sure if that's because it was in winter the AC was not working, the room was kinda stifled so have to open the window 2. In general at night time the area was quite quiet with the windows open (given you know bikes in Hanoi are everywhere). Except started from 5am the bikes honked non-stop 3. I paid nice tips to the room maid every day before I left hotel but my bedsheet wasn't even changed once during my stay (there were no indicators for whether I can choose to only make my bed or to also change my bedsheet) All in all I still would recommend this hotel to other visitors coz I love the hospitality in this hotel. 飯店位置很方便 拐個彎就是還劍湖 飯店旁邊跟巷口有旅行社 一出巷口就是逛街的地方 離河內大教堂步行5-6分鐘可達 飯店的房間很小 兩個23吋的行李箱打開 幾乎是沒辦法好好走路 我們住的房型是有小陽台的 但沒想到真的非常小 陽台的深度只能站一個人 寬度約2-3個人 桌子 衣櫥等硬體明顯有使用痕跡 有一點舊舊的 但電器和衛浴設備都是大廠牌 能感覺到心意 早餐很豐盛 有現做的蛋和河粉可以挑 而且會稍微變換菜色 連住幾天也不會吃膩 我們有請飯店代訂tour, tour的品質非常好

酒店地理位置很好, 走行去還劍湖週邊的景點都後接近, 職員服務態度也很好, 又包早餐, 整體感覺非常滿意

第二次入住此飯店 是個經營良好 且設備新穎的飯店 連吃早餐時都有經理及管理階層在巡查飯店服務狀況 地點也很好 步行2分鐘就可以抵達還劍湖 會再次入住此飯店!

Situated in the Old Quarter. Close to everything. such as eating, shopping, sightseeing, bars. Hotel staff is nice and polite. Breakfast is the best, with Vietnamese noodles. Breakfast dishes are different everyday, showing the thoughtfulness from hotel management. One reminder for all guests - balcony of Hanoi Hotel is a small bay outside a full window, a different concept of usual balcony. Still, the full window is good.

Same as many hotels in Hanoi, Sunline Hotel is a small-scale one. I didn't expect too much, after all I just spent around US$40 per night. But this one gave me more than I expected. I could see they spent so much on the interior. It looked new and clean. Their breakfast was good enough in this price level. I appreciated the staff helped us to arrange a taxi with credit card reader to the airport when I have used up all Duong. I must come the Sunline next time.

房间不错，早餐很丰富，阳台太小。

Good location at city center and beside the lake. Easy to find tour and eat.

Very helpful staff, especailly the guy called Thinh, he provided the best service ever for water dripping problem, tourist information and recommendation on local tour etc. It's a new hotel started from March 2015, it's close to the busiest place in Hanoi, near the lake and the night market. Just not have any good view from the room. Other than that, it's prefect.

Not enough shampoo and body wash.
