Stay was terrific, the staff was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. Made you ready to cook omelette and a variety of other foods too. The staff worked with us to set up a ride from the airport even though we got in really late and it was $22 usd total and we were able to pay at the hotel upon arrival. Everybody who works there is super friendly and eager to help. Vi spoke really good English and was super helpful getting us booked on a day at the mud bath spa and getting us rides or taxis or directions. Location is good because it’s close to all
Kinds of shops and places to eat. Did get a lil loud at night for that same reason but We slept just fine. Thanks for everything!

We took the overnight bus to nha trang and arrive very early in the morning, but the staff are very friendly and allow us to check in earlier around 12nn. They also have the discount to the i-resort and very cheap shuttle car.
The room is unexpectedly big (maybe due to the fact that we stay in a homestay family the pevious day haha) and very comfortable!
Also, the hotel is close to the beach and have many food to eat surrounding!

酒店在一条小巷子里，走到芽庄海滩大概300米，交通方便，google Map出来一个错误地址，害得我找了老半天，前台服务好，住宿条件还可以，早餐品种有点少，房间有窗，但是被封死了

친절한 직원분들 덕분에 좋은 인상을 가지고 돌아갑니다. 생일인 것을 알아봐주시고 깜짝 선물로 제 이름이 적힌 깜찍한 케이크랑 생일초까지 선물해주셨어요. 다음 일정이 달랏이라고 하니까 거기 고향이신 스텝분께서 달랏에 관한 관광지랑 먹거리를 프린트해서 주시기까지 했답니다.
위치는 해변과 무척 가깝고 저녁이면 호텔 바로 앞에 작은 야시장이 열리고 주변에 손님이 북적이는 식당도 많았어요. 다만 제가 머물 때 정전이 가끔 되곤 했는데 그게 호텔 문제만이 아니라 그 지역 전체의 문제가 있었던 것 같아요~ (주변 가게도 함께 정전됨)

This hotel is in an excellent location for proximity to the beach, restaurants, etc. Guest relations staff are excellent and take the time to ask you how everything is and what could be improved. Toph, Maria and Emily were very helpful.

Отличный отдых в отличном отеле! Убирали и меняли полотенца каждый день.Персонал очень вежливый,приятно общаться.Отдельное спасибо Марии- очень внимательная девушка,которая помогала решать различные вопросы,все ясно и четко обьясняла. Уютный отель за умеренную цену - рекомендую! Отдыхала с 15 февраля по 7 марта,погода была отличная,море теплое,спокойное. Класс!!!
