Property was close to beach and restaurants Very little English

Stay was terrific, the staff was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. Made you ready to cook omelette and a variety of other foods too. The staff worked with us to set up a ride from the airport even though we got in really late and it was $22 usd total and we were able to pay at the hotel upon arrival. Everybody who works there is super friendly and eager to help. Vi spoke really good English and was super helpful getting us booked on a day at the mud bath spa and getting us rides or taxis or directions. Location is good because it’s close to all Kinds of shops and places to eat. Did get a lil loud at night for that same reason but We slept just fine. Thanks for everything!

I like this hotel. I would like to introduce this hotel for other trevelers. This hotel is cost-effectiveness and comfortable.

This hotel is in an excellent location for proximity to the beach, restaurants, etc. Guest relations staff are excellent and take the time to ask you how everything is and what could be improved. Toph, Maria and Emily were very helpful.

Great hotel, simple and basic no fuzz. Breakfast ok and the extra's are above and beyond, saved bacon for me if I was late, made pancakes even on a non pancake day for me. Tuph and Maria the customer relation service people are lovely and helpful. Stayed 2 weeks there for holidays with the wife. Any problems in the room got fixed in no time at all. Overall all the staff there are helpful and nice, the massage ladies, the cleaners, all the office staff thank you for a wonderful time. Good neighborhood also close to everything.

It's a minute or two walk to beach and restaurants and bars across the road and on the strip. Staff are all young and friendly and willing to please. Very helpful. Don't expect a "room with a view" to be a nice view. But this seems to be the same across most hotels in nha Trang. Breakfast is basic but does the job- don't expect a full English fry up though! It's Vietnamese i.e soup n noodles and pancakes n fruit and maybe a few eggs. Pool is small but they give u access to another hotel pool two doors down. You get a free 3hr lounger and towel on their beach section which is great. Once you get used to the general standard across Nha Trang you understand that the quality overall in this hotel is pretty good for the price.

Great time. Everyone made us feel very welcome. Superior room is not recommended for long stay or for light sleeper. Hotel staff went above and beyound to make our stay a good one. Special thanks to Queena, Jason, Maria and Toph. All the best 😄

We arrived with our bus very early in the morning (4 am) and it was too early for an early check in (which would have cost us another night's stay), but the hotel was accommodating enough to let us leave our luggage there and enjoy the pool, showers and beach until the time of check in. We also met Toph in the morning who turned out to be the highlight of our stay. He gave us great tips and went out of his way to help us, all in perfect English. For Nha Trang, it's as everybody else has described it: full of loud Russians and Chinese tourists, as well as construction everywhere. There's a "little Russia" feeling over there and most locals even had Russian as their second language, instead of English. So that made this stay less enjoyable unfortunately. Another thing for the hotel - we had ants and small flies in our room, so the cleanliness of the room wasn't the greatest. Also, the breakfast buffet was just ok, as it felt it had heavy Russian influence (we would have preferred more Vietnamese choices). Location was good though, close to the beach and many restaurants and convenience stores, but as mentioned there is construction going on all around you, so it's very noisy. We had a good stay thanks to Toph at least!

Everything was very good only trafic on the main road was terrible busy nowhere trafic lights to regulate it. Very dangerous to cross it which is everywhere in Vietnam

Pretty good, but we came when the whole neighborhood was basically under construction so not very nice views.

Good location downtown but consequently very noisy. Construction work for new hotels going on everywhere creating a lot of dust in the air. Mask is a good thing. Very steep stairs to enter this hotel, without any handrail to assist. Check-in all Ok , but first room was not as it was far too noisy. So moved up to another but this also proved too loud. Finally got further up to a room that was reasonably quiet and that includes a working aircon. The front desk provided beach towels. Allocation of hotel chairs were limited each day and can I be occupied only for 3 hours for free. Buffet Breakfasts were good. Customer service was good, receptionists speak good English and very friendly, especially Toph. Highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

Great Hotel, great choice of breakfast, nice little pool, the room I had was more than adequate and the hotel was in a busy part of town with plenty of scope for looking around the City. The staff were simply wonderful.

Good Hotel very close to the beach. Their beach chair vouchers were a nice touch. The street the hotel is on is not finished but is very lively with Street food and restaurants. For the price range it would be tough to beat. Had to book through Expedia because Hotel wouldn't match Expedia price and Hotel price was over twice as much.

Very clean and breakfast is nice. Staffs are friendly. Good service.

The hotel is Vietnam standard so you get what you pay for. The breakfast was good and plenty to eat. The staff were awesome and were great with a early check in. The pool was good for a dip to cool off, The only issue is there was no bar for drinks. The hotel is down a busy lane with plenty of food and drinks available. If you are looking for 5 star it is not this. But fine for a few days stay in Nha Trang

I had a very pleasant stay here. It's obvious that customer satisfaction is a priority and for that I am truly grateful. Nothing was a problem. In fact, Tom, guest relations guru, made a point of meeting all new guests at breakfast to discuss any issues they had or may have during their stay. Very Impressed! And a very good breakfast buffet too with something for all tastes catered for. My only real problem was Nha Trang, a beautiful seaside resort spoilt by the number of Russians holidaying here. These people were generally very rude and extremely demanding . Such a shame Nha Trang has become Moscow by the Sea!!
