The hotel staff were very friendly， especially Henry and Hailey，who were attentive in answering our questions and providing assistance. They also give us great suggestions for sightseeing in Da Nang. Thank you so much!

房間寬敞，可惜窗花地方有塵， 其他地方上算整潔。 服務員態度非常好 ，泳池風景優美，但spa的地方卻不太舒服 。步行褲幾分鐘便可到優美的沙灘，及附近有很多食肆可以提供選擇👍

perfect! the price is very cheap but the room is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly. I can have free breakfast buffet and the food is good. I will definitely come here again if I visit Danang.

The room with partial sea view we checked in was not consistent with the photos we booked, such as all dark wooden furnitures and floor instead of the light colors in the photo. It felt old and dark, making it very uncomfortable. The countertop of table was not clean very well and was sticky. There are many food markets, shops and convenience stores near the hotel, which is very convenient.

周圍環境整體乾淨，寧靜，飲食方便，到海灘只需五分钟左右，但美中不足之處是泳池太細，好彩海灘近，房租價錢不貴。。

這次同家人入住酒店3晚， 酒店職員很友善，服務態度良好，不過酒店天台泳池很細小，但景觀不錯，自助早餐食物一般，法包很好吃，酒店按摩不貴, 環境優美整潔，整體上很滿意。

我們的客房光猛，被舖乾淨，衛生用品齊全，員工質素好，非常友善，幾位在前台的年青員工，當我們遇到任何問題，他們都一一為我們解決，早餐食物款雖然不算多，但是也足夠，味道也不錯，服務員工作很勤快，酒店泳池在天台，府瞰整個南中國海，美溪沙灘的美景盡入眼簾，11樓有做spa的店舖，我們入住期間有折扣，做了2次，1次推油按摩，1次熱石按摩，按摩師都做得好好，酒店位置非常好，樓下有便利店，餐廳，地道食品，10分鐘也不用便步行到達沙灘，住了7晚這酒店，總括來說，我們很滿意，下次到峴港，會再入住Sunny Ocean & Spa hotel

The reason I chose this hotel is because the description on Expedia VERY FALSELY claims that it is located within a “nature preserve”. This is a poor and inaccurate translation and totally untrue. The room is also not “soundproof”. It is in a loud city area with street noise audible on the 10th floor at all hours of the day. The hotel staff was the least hospitable of any place we stayed in Vietnam. The bathroom light fixture was filthy with dust and there was tape left behind on surfaces around the room (from a previous guests decorations?). We upgraded to a room with a bathtub, but the water was only cold or barely warm and unable to reach a temperature suitable to take a bath. There was a water pressure (or worse) issue with the toilet, but it was able to flush with concerning effort most of the time. The staff at this hotel never once asked how our stay was until we were checking out. Desk staff never made eye contact or checked in when we were in the lobby coming and going. No help with the bags. Unlike other hotels with staff that ask “may we clean the room now?” this staff asked “you don’t need the room cleaned, right?” and that captures the vibe here well. The high room price is for the location and the view. The beds are comfortable compared to most in Vietnam, but when we we asked for extra pillows, we were told only one additional pillow could be spared. The breakfast buffet is okay but not noteworthy; same with the pool. The sky bar was not staffed at all.

The breakfast was plentiful and the beds were always kept clean. The rooms were clean and even the bathrooms were well maintained. There were many shops nearby and the sea was close by, so it was very convenient.

設備は少し古いですが、きれいに清掃されており、ビーチも飲食店も多く便利な場所にあります。 また、スタッフも親切でとても快適に過ごすことができました。

Like staying with family. Love the place.
