The breakfast was plentiful and the beds were always kept clean. The rooms were clean and even the bathrooms were well maintained. There were many shops nearby and the sea was close by, so it was very convenient.

The reason I chose this hotel is because the description on Expedia VERY FALSELY claims that it is located within a “nature preserve”. This is a poor and inaccurate translation and totally untrue. The room is also not “soundproof”. It is in a loud city area with street noise audible on the 10th floor at all hours of the day. The hotel staff was the least hospitable of any place we stayed in Vietnam. The bathroom light fixture was filthy with dust and there was tape left behind on surfaces around the room (from a previous guests decorations?). We upgraded to a room with a bathtub, but the water was only cold or barely warm and unable to reach a temperature suitable to take a bath. There was a water pressure (or worse) issue with the toilet, but it was able to flush with concerning effort most of the time. The staff at this hotel never once asked how our stay was until we were checking out. Desk staff never made eye contact or checked in when we were in the lobby coming and going. No help with the bags. Unlike other hotels with staff that ask “may we clean the room now?” this staff asked “you don’t need the room cleaned, right?” and that captures the vibe here well. The high room price is for the location and the view. The beds are comfortable compared to most in Vietnam, but when we we asked for extra pillows, we were told only one additional pillow could be spared. The breakfast buffet is okay but not noteworthy; same with the pool. The sky bar was not staffed at all.

The hotel is very close to the sea front/beach and lots of food outlets and shops. This does however mean that it is very busy and noisy until late.
The rooms are extremely hot, when we arrived the room had not been cooled or curtains drawn which was very unpleasant considering the outside temperature was about 34 degrees.
The staff are friendly and helpful!
The hotel offers a car service for trips to local landmarks etc like Hoi an. However, beware the driver will try to upsell you trips to the coconut boats and/or "his sister's tailor shop" and then charge you for it which we did not like.
Breakfast was varied every day and had a good selection.
The pool area was a little disappointing compared to the online photos and the sky bar has no air conditioning.
The gym is entirely pointless i.e. there are no weights on the weight machine so you're left with a treadmill but with no Aircon it's very difficult to use.
Overall this hotel is pretty average.

The hotel is in really good location, right outside is Bread & Butter were you can grab amazing desert and coffee, it's also like a 2 minute walk from the beach.
The room was clean but it had marks on the wall when we arrived and the shower leaked. The doors need some kind of proofing or anti slam technology as it's very noisy when closing.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years and always had a good experience. Great location, just a short walk to the beach.
Even the new staff I met this time were super friendly and helpful.
I saw some recent complaints about missing towels, but that’s never happened to me. Whenever I needed extra towels, housekeeping brought them quickly without any issue.
Came back this time and everything’s still just as good – reliable and professional as always.

A Pleasant Stay – Just Read the House Rules!
My family and I had a very relaxing holiday at this hotel. The room was clean, the location great, and the staff friendly.
I had seen some reviews mentioning charges for lost towels, but honestly, that’s quite standard in many hotels. Everything is clearly listed in the room policy, and we were informed about it when checking in.
I think it’s a professional way to manage shared property. Just a small tip: double-check the room items before checking out to avoid any misunderstandings.

The hotel is at the prime location and very clean Hotel. Lots of restaurants and spas around the hotel including market. The famous Beach is just 2 minutes walk. The hotel is recommended for families.

The hotel is in really good location, right outside is Bread & Butter were you can grab amazing desert and coffee, it's also like a 2 minute walk from the beach.
The room was clean but it had marks on the wall when we arrived and the shower leaked. The doors need some kind of proofing or anti slam technology as it's very noisy when closing.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
I'm Over all happy with the stay.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years and always had a good experience. Great location, just a short walk to the beach.
Even the new staff I met this time were super friendly and helpful.
I saw some recent complaints about missing towels, but that’s never happened to me. Whenever I needed extra towels, housekeeping brought them quickly without any issue.
Came back this time and everything’s still just as good – reliable and professional as always.
