The Signature Hoi An

Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.

This is a gem. Breakfast is delicious. Lots of variety every morning. The rooms are nicely appointed and spacious. The cookies left on the bed every evening were a nice touch. The spa is reasonably priced and the pool area, though small, is quaint. The location is superb. It is far enough from the busy streets of Old Town but close enough to walk everywhere. The area around the hotel has plenty of restaurants as well and the night market is a 5 minute walk. We felt the driver who picked us up at the airport in Danang drove recklessly and to make up for this, the hotel provided free transport to our next destination. The staff was lovely, kind and attentive. You can't go wrong with this hotel. Highly recommended.

Signature Hoi An was a beautiful stay! The room was comfortable. The breakfasts delicious. It was convenient to all the places we visited. If in Hou An we will stay here again!

During our two-week trip to Vietnam, Signature Hoi An was by far one of the best places we stayed. The property is new, modern, and exceptionally well-maintained, with a perfect location just minutes from Hoi An’s Ancient Town, the Japanese Covered Bridge, and local markets. They even offer free bike rentals, making it effortless to explore the town and surrounding countryside. What truly stood out was their continental breakfast, an incredible experience we’d never had before, with a variety and quality that felt luxurious. Combined with flexible check-in and check-out times, this stay was flawless and unforgettable.

We had a lovely time at The Signature and particularly appreciated the free foot massages! The hotel is as lovely as it looks in the pictures, and we would have been happy to stay longer. The staff were wonderful, and the location is great.

We had an amazing stay at The Signature Hoi An! The hotel was newly renovated and it definitely shows with how clean everything was. The check-in process was a breeze. We had a nice complementary drink while the concierge explained everything about to property to us. They also brought up that their Spa is under renovations so to compensate for that, they gave us free massages at another local spa which was also amazing! The Suite we had was super large. A King size bed would have better filled out the room but the Queen size was just fine. Everything inside the room was squeaky clean and new! Most importantly was that the A/C was centrally located and was strong enough to cool down the entire space. Along with the ceiling fan in the middle of the room, I got pretty cold and had to turn it off. 😅 The restroom was nicely appointed with stone and quartz top. The tub was a nice touch. The restaurant here is actually pretty good! One of the better hotel restaurants I've been to and actually just a good restaurant in itself. The free buffet was great with a bunch of different options. The pool looked amazing! It was raining most of the time we were here so we weren't able to enjoy it. Overall a great stay and would definitely come back here next time!
