The Signature Hoi An

The location was great with easy access to the Old Town. The room was stylish and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere. There was a beautiful pool inside the hotel, and my son had a wonderful time there. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious. Another nice touch was the complimentary 30-minute foot massage at the on-site spa.

Our two-night stay was enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and truly went above and beyond; they even proactively reached out to us to arrange an airport pickup, and the price was notably cheaper than getting a Grab ourselves. Our room was quite decent, and we particularly liked the charming, traditional Vietnamese decor. The location truly stands out, offering super easy access to the Old Town, as well as a variety of restaurants, spas, and bars right nearby. The only small issue we encountered was with the bathroom's water flush, which could be improved.

This is a gem. Breakfast is delicious. Lots of variety every morning. The rooms are nicely appointed and spacious. The cookies left on the bed every evening were a nice touch. The spa is reasonably priced and the pool area, though small, is quaint. The location is superb. It is far enough from the busy streets of Old Town but close enough to walk everywhere. The area around the hotel has plenty of restaurants as well and the night market is a 5 minute walk. We felt the driver who picked us up at the airport in Danang drove recklessly and to make up for this, the hotel provided free transport to our next destination. The staff was lovely, kind and attentive. You can't go wrong with this hotel. Highly recommended.

Signature Hoi An was a beautiful stay! The room was comfortable. The breakfasts delicious. It was convenient to all the places we visited. If in Hou An we will stay here again!

A lovely hotel, but it's very close to the night markets so it can be a little noisy
