พนักงารต้อนรับดี ห้องสบาย อาหารเช้าดีและอร่อยมาก ตอนเช็คเอาท์พนักงานบอกต้องชำระค่าน้ำดื่ม แต่จริงๆ แล้วเป็นความผิดทางโรงแรมที่ไม่ได้จัดน้ำดื่มฟรีให้ ห้องไม่มีผ้าห่มต้องโทรไปแจ้ง และรอให้พนักงานเอาผ้าห่มมาให้

The hotel is in walking distance to the Tran Quoc Pagoda. The receptionist was very nice to inform us about it. It is a great and quiet place to stay considering the price

Adress hard to find at begining taxi from airport are bad. Room are OK hut the staff need to well train. Reception always yelling to explain things. The staff in restaurant are very bad attitude. Morning should get positive energy before start activities but if u meet the staff in restaurant u will get negative energy cause never smile and not polite. When we asked egg she said finished but we saw on the place eggs are there. I will not comeback. Good for this new hotel. Better u train your receptionist and restaurant staff if u want get more booking and guest.

New and great hotel with nice staffs

Very neat, new opening place, small tiny room but compact, all facilities work well. Staffs are helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again here
