地方乾淨，但設備不太好。

以價錢來說，大致上不錯，整潔乾淨，服務員親切。 只是皆因房間面積細，但假若能夠增添一張細摺枱，方便擺放自㩗既暖水壺及杯，這就最好呢！

I stay 6 nights, no cleaning, no table and no chair in the room but location is good.

Stayed at the EasyHotel in Cardiff for a night while we were out in the city. The room was small, but that’s exactly what we expected when booking, and it suited our needs perfectly for a short stay. It was clean, the bed was really comfy, and it did the job as a place to sleep after a night out. No complaints at all—great option if you just need a simple, affordable place for one night.

Brilliant hotel in a good location, staff were so friendly and nice! It is very basic but thats expected and we were so happy with the room and service! Would definitely stay again, perfect for if you’re going to a concert/show and just need somewhere to sleep!

Great for one night if you want a clean room and a good bed in a reasonably good location. But, for me, it was not suitable for a longer stay and to be more of a base. The hotel is transparent about it being a budget hotel with slimmed down facilities, but the lack of floor space, lack of shelving or a desk and just 2 hooks to hang clothes did not suit me for a 3 day stay. There was no hot water one morning due to a new boiler issue, but that was hopefully just a one off. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A reasonably spacious, clean room with air conditioning that works properly and quickly, and nice, helpful staff. It’s much better than Edinburgh’s easyHotel. You won’t get many amenities in the room except a private bathroom. There is also very little space to put things — no tables and not many hangers. But overall, it’s an absolutely good hotel in the city centre for a reasonable price.

I was given a basement room. No windows, no natural light, no natural fresh air. The mattress was upside down, and when I put it the right way up I found terrible stains on both sides of the mattress. The air conditioning would only reduce to 19° making the room incredibly warm and stuffy. No tea and coffee facilities provided, you had to go back to reception to get a drink. I paid for 2 nights but could not stay the second night so checked out and went home. Staff at reception were friendly though and this very poor review has no reflection on them. Not only will I never book in again, but will never recommend Easy Hotel

Everything was great, easy check in and check out, room was spotlessly clean, staff were very friendly, (especially Gwil), and they quickly resolved any issues that arose.

The rooms were tiny and not really suitable for two people. The windows didn’t open, and there were major long term building works next door, which I appreciate isn’t the hotel’s fault. However, a warning before booking would have been helpful.

The room was exactly what you needed. Yes it was a bit tight for space. But I did what you needed it for. The room and the bedding were clean. Overall I would stay here again and recommend.

The room was very clean and the heating and air conditioning worked well. Was pretty quiet as well which i appreciated.
