A posh modern hotel with excellent chefs for seafoods & pastries; caring staff & helpful customer service. New & clean room, with all details well taken care of. Stunning river view & tranquility. Quiet town & friendly people. An excellent place to stay with in Milford Haven.

Had a great stay the hotel was excellent, staff were friendly, and everything felt really well looked after. What stood out most was their commitment to using Welsh products and supporting Wales. It’s exactly the kind of thing more places should be doing.

This hotel is ultra modern style and lacks somewhat a softer style! However, this is made up by the lovely very accommodating and friendly staff!! The bar and restaurant areas are functional and one suspects designed for short stays - the large glazed windows overlooking the inner harbour maybe solar glazed but evening sun glare needs to be deflected by blinds or whatever - serving staff agreed! Meals and drinks are somewhat more expensive than the nearby restaurants on the quayside. We did however enjoy the meals despite the limited menu! Access to the upper floors by lift and amazed by the deep pile carpeted corridors - yes a softer feel enroute to our room. Our room was king size overlooking the harbour, very comfortable bed with basic functional furniture, adequate but sparse - the bathroom / shower only with toilet & sink was trim, tiny and just about ok! Would we stay here again YES if in the area but for max of 3 nights - not the 7 we did stay. But thank you to the staff for our good feelings after our visit to Milford Haven!

Enjoyed everything about my stay. Bed was super comfortable, water pressure in the shower was good, and location was very ideal as a base for visiting Skomer Island. Kitchen was open even at 9pm so I could get a late dinner.

Breakfast was excellent

Rooms comfy and immaculate. Staff were great. Breakfast really good and plentiful. Will definitely go back.

Lovely clean room with a harbour view. Staff friendly. Breakfast had lots of choices, not all of hot options tasted the best but had plenty to eat before checking out.

Second visit to this hotel and had a great time. Will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast buffet worth it

We love this hotel, found it last year and came back this year. It’s very convenient for the boat trips to Skomer island. Also there is Dilly’s hand made chocolate shop along the waterfront, highly recommended, the chocolate is so delicious. Lovely waterfront view room, comfortable bed, big tv, tea/coffee and biscuits. Enough power points inc each side of the bed for charging your phone. Staff are friendly and helpful especially Grace on reception. It’s good that you have to use your key card to use the lift. The only downsides were the shower which was in the bath, and the car park across the road which can get full early evening.

Excellent and well maintained hotel in a good location. Easy to find and free parking for guests. Restaurant and bar are good and fairly priced.
