A posh modern hotel with excellent chefs for seafoods & pastries; caring staff & helpful customer service. New & clean room, with all details well taken care of. Stunning river view & tranquility. Quiet town & friendly people. An excellent place to stay with in Milford Haven.

The room was indeed spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Used this hotel a few times, rooms are very clean, decent shower and a good restuarant.

The was ready on time very clean and the staff were all excellent.

The only downside was having to wait for hot food at breakfast. Had to wait for scrambled eggs to be replenished. By the time I had egg the bacon had all gone, by the time the bacon arrived my egg was cold. The restaurant wasn’t too busy but the service was slow.

From checking in…to checking out everything was amazing . Staff were friendly ,we had breakfast and an evening meal which were both excellent, our room was lovely and comfortable.
