Clean room.Friendly staff guy .Large full breakfast. However shower water was cold.He said run shower longer but didnt seem to make a difference.Only stayed one night .

Very friendly welcoming staff, hotel was clean and well maintained. Great location, a minute from the sea front and local shops.

Excellent customer service, very friendly. Booked a single room but was upgraded to a double, bed was super comfortable and breakfast was delicious. All round amenities of the hotel very good, clean throughout and centrally located for all the best Llandudno has to offer.

Great location near to the railway station and the promenade. Staff very friendly and obliging. Room was clean. Price was reasonable compared to other hotels in that area. I would stay again.

I liked that it was close to the train station. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was not the one in the picture. The bedside lamp had no outlet to plug into. Check in was odd - as no one was there and we thought we couldn’t get in. Breakfast didn’t start until 8 - we had a tour at 8:15. The room was dated with an awkward layout.

A go stay

We had a 2 night stay , at this hotel , from the outside looked today , until we walked up the steps that were broken , covered with just tape , we were handed our keys , and went to our room , the window was dirty , and rattled , the curtains had an odour and were see through (no privacy), the bed had no mattress protector , although the bed relatively comfortable , the bathroom was disgusting, the towel rail was hanging off the wall , the toilet was loose and hadnt been screwed to the floor, there were cracked floor tiles , no sign they had been tried be repaired , the showerscreen wouldnt fully open , there was no slip mat so had put a towel in the bath for safety , the hand rail had been taken off and the holes filled with silicon , the sink and bath had no plug , the carpet had been joined up and heavily stained , we looked for another hotel to stay in but as it was bank holiday weekend we had no luck , the reception was never staffed after check

It's dangerous for young and old and should be closed down it's top floor is full down and outs drunk in lifts using inappropriate behaviour all parts of the building a no go needs condemning i I have photo proof but you still send paying public there

Cheap hotel for a nice little stay. Not much to do in the hotel but sleep. Bit old and could do with some improvements such as a nice TV. The tv in the lounge area had one channel on repeat with the same episode of a show for 3 days in a row. The breakfast isn’t worth the £12. Overall I would give it a 7/10

Hotel was a lovely building Problems with shower Wednesday morning but was rectified by teatime. Good service. The person that saw us when we arrived was very helpful. The one bed in twin room was noisy when you moved. Breakfast was good, good choice, Nothing was too much trouble

The location of the hotel is perfect. Reasonable price for a pet-friendly hotel. However, limited car parking spaces makes me have to park my car far away from the hotel.

I didn't like there is no car park and i need to leave my car away on council car park, which i didn't like it

Very hot conditions but staff went out of their way to get us a fan.Also the breakfast was to a very good standard.Well done to all the staff.

For what we paid to stay here, it was exceptional value. The staff were lovely. The room was very basic but functional and clean. The breakfast was fantastic. For a short stay, I would definitely return.
