The staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we came in. The rooms were good, there just was a couple of issues. The T.V in my room didn’t work on the first day we were there, but they fixed it the next day. The TV in my dad’s room didn’t work and that wasn’t fixed, a long With a light in the bathroom which also didn’t work for the duration of the stay. The breakfast was really nice, though there was cereals, yoghurt, toast and croissants along with juice and then no is the option of having a full English breakfast as well. The Wi-Fi was absolutely brilliant. It works from the minute I got onto it. The hotel is in a really good location. It only takes around five minutes to walk from the train station and it is about a five-ish minute walk to walk to the seafront. It is also near the main shopping area. Overall, I think I would stay there again

Convenient location. Spacious room with all basic amenities one would need.

Friendly helpful staff, clean room. Plenty of on street parking near hotel, some free. Only issue was during a thunderstorm the rain came pouring in through the emergency exit next to the room. This also occurred on the floor below. Ideal central location only a short walk from the train station. Bus stop literally just across the road.

Great value hotel with nice breakfast plus the good size tv in room and free wi-fi was a bonus. The staff were really lovely people and basic cleanliness was good. My son and I enjoyed our stay.

Tatty and in poor condition, awful place. We checked into room 210 this weekend, the shower does not work, just the bath taps. Bathroom dated and very tatty. Bedroom the same, cracked paint, unsafe electrical switches, one mug for 2 people to share. A truly awful place.

Generally okay. The bathroom has old fittings and the shower is broken. The fan in the bathroom is so noisy. Bed too hard and small and the chair needs a new fabric.

A Very Comfortable 3 Night Stay To Get Away.

Great location, clean comfortable bed , staff friendly and helpful

I needed a bolt hole for the night and this hotel certainly came up with the goods. The single bed was really comfy and I had the best nights sleep in a month. I parked securely for a nominal fee. The shower was excellent. Staff were friendly and breakfast was lovely. Would definitely consider going back again.

The property has a very bad damp smell, which puts you off as soon as you enter the building. The staff were very helpful and approachable, helped in any way they could. The breakfast was nice. Very comfortable bed if you like a soft bed, but big stains on the mattress. We chose the Broadway for convenience and somewhere we could take the dog.

Room was clean but the radiator only had 2 settings: centre of the sun or off. Room far too hot and only opening the windows would cool the room down. Not good at 3am of a weekend. Breakfast is very basic - typical cereals and a full english only. Staff were polite. Central location is great for exploring Llandudno. Parking is best on the promenade. Cost us £2.40, overnight, after arriving close to 4pm the day before checkout.

Lovely bedroom and nice breakfast

Draught at the window which made a lot of noise, they need invest in double glazing. The door was very squeaky too, needs some WD40 on it. The mattress was too soft and lumpy, some ppl have bad backs with orthopaedic issues, they need to invest in new firmer mattresses. There was a bad slope on the floor, I thought I was going to fall over, it needs levelling off. The lights didn't come on, or was too dim. All minor things that can be improved, there's nothing wrong otherwise, but the point is, details matter, quality of life mattress and all 'little details' added up make a difference to the quality of things.
