位置在小鄉村的主要出入口位置，地點方便。 房間簡潔及整齊。舊建築物地板及門鉸聲音較大。 樓高兩層沒有升降機， 樓梯比較窄 ，如有大型行李可選擇一樓。 週日不包早餐房價50英磅一晚，性價比較貴。

Great place to stay with dogs! Lovely walking areas within the location. Clean bedding and towels.

The radiator wasn't working,but the manager sorted that. The room was of good standard for the price. Breakfast was to order plus cereals etc. And under a tenner! I've had some terrible buffet breakfasts in hotels before. The only downside was I parked the car too far away in a public car park as there is no on site parking. I later found out there was a nearer car park, but mine was only about 10 minutes away. I expected more noise from outside at night, but wasn't disturbed.I always travel with an eye mask and earplugs just in case.

Room was good. Not the best shower though. Slept well

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, nice breakfast

Upon arrival, no one escorted me to my room or even showed me where it was located. The receptionist simply pointed toward the double doors, leaving me to navigate the hotel on my own. When I finally reached the room, I discovered that the bed was broken—the mattress sagged heavily on the left side, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. There was no drinking water provided in the room, so I had to go back to reception around midnight to request some, and I was given only one bottle. The kettle in the room was also empty, which meant I had to fill it using water from the bathroom sink just to make a hot drink. Later that night, I ran out of basic supplies such as water and sugar, and once again had to call reception to request them. Overall, the experience was quite inconvenient and far below expectations.

Really nice staff, comfortable hotel, good bed and clean room Just needs a tiny bit more attention to detail but would and will definitely stay again

Had to move rooms due to no tv remote. Staff gave us a replacement but still didn’t work. The room they gave us was less superior than the room we booked. Hairs found in the bedding and in the bathroom along with dirty black mould.

Great place to stay in the middle of Brecon town centre, with cracking places to eat nearby including the hotel itself. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Hotel is in a great location. Room was a great size and excellent value for money.

Clearly more time has been applied to tech than the hotel from repeated emails to me. Staff were friendly and nice but the property looks in need of updating. WiFi was not available in our room despite asking and bathroom was a little shabby with the shower hose not even long enough to accommodate my height. This isn’t a huge criticism as everyone was working hard, but maybe the people who have the money (Marston advertising blutacked to the wall) invest a bit more

Not convenient if you drive there, only overnight parking on street from 20:00-08:00.

Fantastic place to stay in the centre of Brecon.

The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The shower room could do with some attention. Rusty soap marks down the wall by the sink where the handwash is attached to the wall. The shower hose needs replacing and the shower doors look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. The young lady serving breakfast was lovely, but let down by the rather poor breakfast options. Honestly-Cocoa Pops, Rice Crisies and Frosties and Crunchy nut cornflakes- not a 3 year old to be seen. No jam, no marmalade and no yoghurt. Nice staff and bedroom spoiled by grotty shower room and poor breakfast.

I enjoyed my brief stay at the Wellington. The staff were very friendly.

Room was clean staff were friendly but not sure they completely knew what they were doing at check in. Went to go for breakfast and they didn’t have a chef on which was a shame.

Did not make us aware there was no parking. Furniture and decor very tired and was told on arrival (after a long journey) that the kitchen at this “gastropub” was closing just before evening meal time because they needed to prepare for Sunday lunch. Bathroom window overlooking street was not frosted and only had a black out blind which made things very dark. Informed them that I had an early start on Sunday morning and they did not even offer to make up a breakfast bag or similar

We really enjoyed our stay. Will probably return. Loved the town and the hiking nearby. The hotel is charming and the staff were great
