This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious. We are satisfied with this comfortable stay experience. But I think a minor thing may need to be improved. The temperature of bath/shower is not very steady, and it dropped down after several minutes. Besides, the water from tape also took several minutes to become warm. Since we visited in April and it is still a bit cold, when I washed my hands I felt a bit freezing. It would be better to access hot water more easily.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I struggled to get soap out of the shower dispenser but shower was large and hot. Restaurant food was tasty

Have stayed here before and was more impressed the first time we stayed, this time the rooms looked more tired than us in the morning after being kept awake by the night club opposite. The breakfast was nice , but you only got a plate the size of a side plate.. the staff were all lovely and friendly.

Our Business trip at the Leonardo Hotel was lovely , the satff were very helful and very friendly . The breakfast was very fresh and tasty . We also had a meal in the Grill which was very nice too . Would recommend this hotel !

Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast excellent. Hotel a bit tired but clean. Good location for walking around the centre.

We booked a junior suite. Unfortunately, the first room we were given on 2nd floor had a massive aircon unit outside the window and that was all that could be seen. Reception were called and they immediately sorted out an alternative on the 3rd floor. Nice touches were the biscuits water and chocolate in the fridge and a decent coffee machine. Also, vouchers for free coffees and drinks at the bar daily. Staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We didn’t have breakfast or eat in the restaurant but the food we saw other guests having looked very good.

Zeer centraal gelegen hotel op loopafstand van Cardiff Castle, winkels en horeca. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Ruime junior suite zeer geschikt voor ons gezin met drie personen. Vouchers inbegrepen voor een drankje en/of koffie in de bar. Parkeren kan naast het hotel op privéparking, wel prijzig (£25 pn) en geen gym aanwezig. Prima ontbijt.

Have stayed here a couple of times due to how convenient the hotel is. However will not be back after yesterday’s visit, first impressions are everything and Matilda should not be on the front desk. She was so rude and unhelpful, I couldn’t actually believe how rude she was. Luckily when I went back to get the room keys she had gone. The room we stayed in was so noisy too, didn’t get to sleep until 5am due to the room overlooking the street and nightclubs opposite. Was going to bring this up at checkout but there was a massive queue and just wanted to leave. Do not recommend… rude staff & noisy hotel.
