We only used the pool and everything was perfect! I appreciated that it was warm inside the installation and the water was warm too! Lots of towels and all very cleaned and well folded!

Clean room, helpful staff, comfortable bed and close to everything downtown. The walls were thin though and we could hear noise from hallway and other rooms.

I do. It have one single complaint.this hotel was just amazing. The staff was super friendly. The rooms were were so cozy. The pool was clean and warm.

There were shops, food, McDonald’s Starbucks within 300m of the building, along with shoppers in the mall all within 10 minutes. Very local and central

It was a great location. A bit sketchy at night but nothing the hotel can do about that. I thought your staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet and well run.

Really nice clean friendly cozy place!

Clean and new room, genuinely helpful and pleasant staff (shout out to Favour), inroom amenities adequate and facilities were good (complete weight room and exercise area, nicely heated pool). Parking is expensive, so suggest that you find a cheaper lot nearby and leave the car there; many tourist sights are within 10 min walking distance.

$500 for a night!!! Nearly double what i normally pay. With no reason and obviously no increase in service.

The shower in our room was awful, it could only do very cold or very hot temperatures which made it a very frustrating and uncomfortable few days but they did try to remedy the issue by allowing us to shower in a different room. Once in the other room we noticed that our room was missing a microwave and the other room had a working bathroom fan which is definitely needed when you have 4 people sharing a room. They told us that

Great location and very accommodating staff

Staff were very nice and rooms were clean but our room faced the street with a brewery and the noise from there was brutal and kept us up. If you stay request an interior room.

Room was clean, desk service was very friendly, the cafe in the hotel was excellent.

There was people running around the halls and knocking on our door and pulling the handle of our door and when I called the front desk they didn’t do anything bc it went on all night until 2:30am The deadbolt didn’t lock The room was clean

Very friendly staff! Parking is a little tight, but a good spot to be. Adjacent to the market area, and close to Parliament Hill.
