房間內有異味，枕頭也有異味，好像那間房間有一段時間沒人住

人員服務十分好, 房間大, 但內部環境欠佳, 地方整潔有待改善, 水力不足, 早餐選擇少

We have a short stay in order to catch our morning flight. The room is clean but the facilities were a bit old. Free shuttle to the airport. For such a short stay, we have nothing to complain about.

Obviously the best hotel experience for us in Fiji, friendly people and nice interior design for the room, we especially enjoyed the pina colada flavour soaps and shampoos. We highly recommend this hotel.

The room was aged, bathroom didn't well maintained.

此飯店算是離機場不太遠的飯店，過境旅客亦可選擇，房間舒適，環境不錯，可惜飯店內餐廳的食物品質較為普通，附近比較沒有其他可用餐的地點。

櫃檯接待人員很好，客房服務人員態度就很差

酒店设施陈旧，泳池还行

酒店离机场3-4公里，周围没有其他建筑，如果没车就只能在酒店活动。只有一个餐厅，菜品单调，只有几样东西可选。客房条件不错，安静，舒适。原来写的免费机场接送改为5元车费，每天大堂30分钟免费WIFI。

The hotel badly needs renovation. The room is dark and does not feel clean. The food quality needs improvement comparing to the price they charge. They serve canned mushroom, not fresh ones, for breakfast.

酒店環境不錯，前台服務員熱情招呼，房間間隔一般，不是我喜歡的類型，但坐在露台，泡上一壺茶，望著外面的風景，確是疲勞盡消

Perfect location,nice, environment,clean surrounded by nice view,I enjoyed my stay and staff was friendly.

Rooms are in poor condition , not worth the money

The hospitality is top tier. Fijian people are the nicest people I’ve ever met. We had a wonderful stay. The food in the restaurant was great ( definitely recommend the Fijian Lamb curry and the Lamb tikka ) the breakfast was also really really good !! The room is cleaned and spacious. This hotel is great, super close to the airport!! The staff were wonderful :-)

Novotel Nadi is terribly run down to the point where Exe

Staff were nice and helpful to my Parents.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, which we really appreciated. However, the facility itself is in need of a significant upgrade. Our bathroom did not meet expected standards the shower had very poor water flow, and when set to hot, no water came out at all. As a result, we were forced to take cold showers, which was quite inconvenient. Considering this is a 4-star hotel and not a budget option, we expected a much higher standard of maintenance and overall quality.

Very old and dated , bathrooms were shocking , but the water was hot and showers good . Comfy bed . Good breakfast . Not somewhere you would want to spend more than one night .

I can't understand why this hotel don't have better reviews. Is just so great, so peaceful, full of garden, the breakfast is so good and the staff is just so kind, always willing to assist you. I lost my phone and the help me to find it. Always smiling. Also I went to the spa and the services and prices are very fine
