Novotel Nadi

房間內有異味，枕頭也有異味，好像那間房間有一段時間沒人住

人員服務十分好, 房間大, 但內部環境欠佳, 地方整潔有待改善, 水力不足, 早餐選擇少

We have a short stay in order to catch our morning flight. The room is clean but the facilities were a bit old. Free shuttle to the airport. For such a short stay, we have nothing to complain about.

Obviously the best hotel experience for us in Fiji, friendly people and nice interior design for the room, we especially enjoyed the pina colada flavour soaps and shampoos. We highly recommend this hotel.

The room was aged, bathroom didn't well maintained.

此飯店算是離機場不太遠的飯店，過境旅客亦可選擇，房間舒適，環境不錯，可惜飯店內餐廳的食物品質較為普通，附近比較沒有其他可用餐的地點。

櫃檯接待人員很好，客房服務人員態度就很差

酒店设施陈旧，泳池还行

酒店离机场3-4公里，周围没有其他建筑，如果没车就只能在酒店活动。只有一个餐厅，菜品单调，只有几样东西可选。客房条件不错，安静，舒适。原来写的免费机场接送改为5元车费，每天大堂30分钟免费WIFI。

The hotel badly needs renovation. The room is dark and does not feel clean. The food quality needs improvement comparing to the price they charge. They serve canned mushroom, not fresh ones, for breakfast.

酒店環境不錯，前台服務員熱情招呼，房間間隔一般，不是我喜歡的類型，但坐在露台，泡上一壺茶，望著外面的風景，確是疲勞盡消

这家酒店很安静，在主岛及外岛热闹了几天后，一进这里，就觉得 真是安静！晚上在院子里走走，在吊床上看看星星，觉得很舒心。离机场很近，飞机航班有什么情况，也会很快知道。如果是早晚班机的话，住这里是真的很方便。

Nice and convenient , easy access to every thing, helpful staff , clean quite old but nice place to stay with family

I stayed at Novotel Nadi and was disappointed with the standard room. The bathroom was poorly maintained and the beds were very old and uncomfortable, clearly needing replacement. Ironically, the landscaping around the property is far better maintained than the standard rooms, which highlights where attention is lacking. The front desk receptionist was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. However, dinner service was very poor. We waited about 15 minutes to be greeted and seated even though the restaurant was not busy. After ordering, we waited close to 40 minutes with no food and no drinks served, despite having ordered drinks. Customers should not be left sitting that long without either food or drinks, especially during dinner service when the restaurant was clearly manageable. The location is excellent and very close to Nadi Airport, making it convenient for late arrivals or early departures, but overall the room condition and restaurant service need serious improvement.

Facilities are old. Room with stale smell and damp. AC/bathroom ventilation Fans are loud, but you have to keep them on, so sleep is greatly disturbed. Staff were in good manner but working in low efficiency.

Ok property, it was not clean though. The toilet in our room had crap stains in the basin.
