Overall, staff are nice. But in the buffet area, staff tend to miss simple requests from guests like water refill. They should be more attentive.

Check-In: As always, the Executive Lounge staff was very accommodating and very friendly. Hassle-free service all the time. The Room: The Sunset Suite is one of The Manila Hotel’s prized rooms. It boasts of around 80 sqm of space with a receiving area separated by a capiz-laden door to the bedroom. The receiving area has a powder room/toilet that’s great for the use of guests when you don’t want your in-room one to be touched for privacy. Very comfortable for a relaxing stay while watching the sunset with a view of the busy port and hotel pool. The receiving room A/C was great but the one inside the room had some cooling problems. The settings didn’t quite live up to the expectations but I’m sure it’s nothing that can’t be addressed by the engineers. Food: The Manila Hotel is known for it’s delicious and well-prepared dishes. We had a family dinner at the Café Ilang Ilang and it we received great service, as always. Valet Service: Php 100 for every exit for the duration of your stay. Self-parking is complimentary when you’re an in-house guest. They have one of the friendliest and most efficient valet parking staff there is. Very well-trained, indeed! Thank you for making my post-birthday celebration meaningful and memorable during the stay. I’ll definitely be coming back.

We had a great stay, the buffet breakfast is awesome as usual.

Our experience at the executive club was better than expected. We were practically able to eat all our meals at the lounge.

Recommended hotel! Staffs are very accommodating. But the smell of manila bay quiet affect some areas of hotels.

My daughter & I stayed at Manila hotel for a night because it was their venue for their graduation and our stay was great & a bit bitin. I will definitely come back to be able to try their amenities & of course the food as well.

This hotel is perfect in any occassion👍👍👍 we love the place and its clean. My kids enjoy the swimming pool 💦🏊🏻‍♂️and the bathtub while watching. the staff is ok and has participated to give me a surprise gift🎁🎉🛍🎈 (flowers, cake and balloons) for my birthday. 💝

Great hotel very close to Rizal Park and walkable distance to old Manila. Spacious lobby, friendly service and with good amenities including gym.

The hotel was great but one thing I've noticed is that their overall service was a bit slow. I also had to wait for like an hour before I got my other resereved room. Not the service that I was expecting from a 5 star hotel.
