We chose a room with an ocean view at this hotel, enticed by the beautiful vistas. However, the service and amenities were a letdown. Our main issue was with the breakfast. Opting for a takeaway breakfast to our room, we were dismayed to find soil in the vegetables. Upon raising this issue with the hotel, they initially agreed to refund the breakfast cost. Yet, at checkout, we were informed that the refund would only be processed after the manager contacts us by email, a process that seemed unnecessarily prolonged and inconvenient. Already having spent considerable time addressing the issue, the prospect of additional follow-up for a mere 24 euros was frustrating. Moreover, the lack of assistance from the doorman, who only came to our aid with the door after noticing our struggle with luggage and not offering any further help, further marred our experience. Overall, the hotel’s service standards deeply disappointed us, overshadowing the beautiful ocean view and significantly detracting from our overall experience.

What a beautiful beachfront hotel. Higher end hotel and spa. Front desk went above and beyond for our 35th Anniversary. Our view was amazing. We could not be more pleased with this hotel. Glad I didn’t skimp for this special occasion and the staff made the experience even better. Everyone was so helpful and kind to us. Stayed 5 days as our base in Nice and they gave us excellent advise for where to see the city and make day trips.

Great hotel for travelers. I got a great price off season. But would not pay a high rate in season. Not a 4 star by most standards. Pretty antiquey interior. But lacked basic conveniences like usb chargers. And elevator was put most of my stay. The room was also very very very warm. We were there begin Nov and we definitely needed ac. The hotel reported that ac was not available that time of year. I was drenched in sweat due to temperature of the room. Front desk suggested we open a window but when we did we got eaten by mosquitos. All in all I did not rest well here. Good staff, comfy bed. Pretty locale next to beach.

Me fui desconforme porque con mucho tiempo de antipacion contraté una hab superior con vista al mar con 237 pies y me dieron una standar con 183 pies muy chica e incómoda y en el baño falta un agarrador en la bañera por seguridad por su altura y especialmente muy mal atendidos por Charlote. en recepción El Hotel bueno vista buena pero me faltó el buen servicio salvo por los botones que si muy atentos

Our stay at the Westminster Hotel & Spa was in every aspect perfect. We would especially like to express our graditude to the manager who personally cared to make our stay outstanding and unforgettable. We were made to feel special, appreciated and unique. The friendliness of all the staff was outstanding. The Westminster is a classic, luxirious familyowned hotel located directly at the seaboard in Nice. We recieved a room upgrade and were able to enjoy a seaside room with balcony. Absolutely stunning. We were able to enjoy a Candlelight Concert in one of the breathtakingly beautiful Belle Epoche rooms in the back. Thank you Westminster Hotel & Spa! We will be happy to come back.

Room was great (104), spacious and clean. The restaurant food was high quality and the staff friendly. Breakfast was also high quality and a tremendous way to start the day.

The view of the Promenade des Anglais and the Mediterranean Sea beyond was simply stunning from our sea view balcony!
