Very clean very tidy and very safe

We chose a room with an ocean view at this hotel, enticed by the beautiful vistas. However, the service and amenities were a letdown. Our main issue was with the breakfast. Opting for a takeaway breakfast to our room, we were dismayed to find soil in the vegetables. Upon raising this issue with the hotel, they initially agreed to refund the breakfast cost. Yet, at checkout, we were informed that the refund would only be processed after the manager contacts us by email, a process that seemed unnecessarily prolonged and inconvenient. Already having spent considerable time addressing the issue, the prospect of additional follow-up for a mere 24 euros was frustrating. Moreover, the lack of assistance from the doorman, who only came to our aid with the door after noticing our struggle with luggage and not offering any further help, further marred our experience. Overall, the hotel’s service standards deeply disappointed us, overshadowing the beautiful ocean view and significantly detracting from our overall experience.

Hôtel situé a proximité d’un bar avec la musique trop fort jusqu’à 1h du matin chaque jour. Signal wifi trop faible et pression des douches vraiment minimales. Sinon la vue sur mer et le personnel au niveau.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast was good, beautiful view from the window

Excellent for everything

Hotel is erg mooi. Locatie is top. Douch is minder, straal is zacht en water kan niet heel warm. Bed is ook erg hard en kussen veels te hoog. Personeel is heel aardig.

The room was not nice. Needs upgrading. The spa is a separate entity and could not use any facilities even pool or hot tub because they were booked. So complete waste as that is why I booked there.

Beautiful location, amazing service!

Rummet hade ett duschrum och en enskild toalett vilket brukar vara bra om det finns handfat i samma rum som toaletten… upplevdes ofräsch att inte kunna tvättahänderna efter toalettbesöket utan att behöva gå till ett annat rum. Dålig ventilation. Bemötandet i receptionen var tveksamt, de vi pratade med hade inte någon koll på om vi betalat eller om frukost ingått i priset.
