I stayed one night in this hotel in Nice. It is a nice hotel. The room was very nice and spacious with nice bathroom and very comfortable bedding. Breakfast was also good. The only disappointment I has was that I had a late flight and asked if as Expedia platinum member I could check out later. The lady at the reception was not so friendly and said I could stay only 30 minutes longer ! I did not find the hotel so busy and full and allowing to have a later check out would have been nice and I would have come back to this hotel. But I don’t think I will again unfortunately!

The hotel is classic elegance. The staff are very accommodating and the rooms are small but lovely. The bed was delightful and the view … well, while in Nice it was worth the splurge! Enjoyed every moment and would definitely go back.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The room's carpet was dirty, and the space was insufficient. Despite booking a large sea-view room with a balcony, the air conditioning was faulty and noisy. The staff's attitude was unfriendly and unhelpful. The breakfast options were limited and unimpressive. While the hotel's location is excellent, it's not enough to compensate for the lack of comfort and poor service. I would not recommend staying here.

Great comfort in the junior suite. We were led to believe the swimming pool and jacuzzi were free but wasn’t correct, having to pay to use this facility was my only negative from our 5 night stay. Staff all very friendly Restaurant good Great location overlooking the sea Sound proofing very hood.

AC was not working at all. Staff was informed and nothing was done. Bidet was loose and not fixed to the wall properly. Staff not very attentive and bell captain lost my travel pillow while handling our luggage. Spiders crawling g around Suite comfortably and caught one on my son’s face. Balcony is extremely tiny and slanted making it difficult to sit. Hotel room is outdated. The only thing going for this hotel room is its size approx 35 Sqm and the location of the hotel.
