Very clean very tidy and very safe

We chose a room with an ocean view at this hotel, enticed by the beautiful vistas. However, the service and amenities were a letdown. Our main issue was with the breakfast. Opting for a takeaway breakfast to our room, we were dismayed to find soil in the vegetables. Upon raising this issue with the hotel, they initially agreed to refund the breakfast cost. Yet, at checkout, we were informed that the refund would only be processed after the manager contacts us by email, a process that seemed unnecessarily prolonged and inconvenient. Already having spent considerable time addressing the issue, the prospect of additional follow-up for a mere 24 euros was frustrating. Moreover, the lack of assistance from the doorman, who only came to our aid with the door after noticing our struggle with luggage and not offering any further help, further marred our experience. Overall, the hotel’s service standards deeply disappointed us, overshadowing the beautiful ocean view and significantly detracting from our overall experience.

All lovely, I had asked for a sea view and hoped for a balcony but think I Had one of the rooms with sea view and no balcony. The hotel was lovely, breakfast good, bed comfy, receptionists were friendly.

Bonsoir, je voulais remercier tous le personnel de l'hôtel que j'ai rencontré durant mon séjour, notamment la jeune femme qui m'a accueilli en réception le 1er jour, très avenante et très sympa car elle m'a surclassé dans une chambre magnifique avec une très belle vue de la promenade des anglais et de la mer.. depuis que je fais des séjours en hôtel, je n'ai pas eu un hôtel aussi beau et majestueux comme le votre.je recommande vivement et je reviendrai sûrement

Hôtel dont chambre magnifique (mais un peu bruyant côté mer), personnel très agréable et petit déjeuner copieux. On retournera sans doute

スーペリアルームも画像とは違い、ドアは締まりにくく、バス、洗面のドアは、建て付け悪く、締めたら、中から開かない！一部スタッフさんの対応に、ガッカリです。特に女性スタッフ、横柄で口調もキツく、どちらが客かわからないくらい、気分が悪かったです。ポーターさんは、どの方も親切でいつも笑顔で対応してくださいました。陰湿さも感じる女性スタッフもいらっしゃいました。

Zimmer waren sauber aber hellhörig. Personal freundlich.

Super clean and modern room

The hotel is perfectly located but a little tired. Half the plug sockets in our room weren’t working which was an irritation. The room with a sea view was otherwise fine - a good size with a small balcony. Breakfast was good - a wide variety of food and not too over crowded. I’d stay again.

Other than the location, there is nothing positive about this hotel. Had I properly checked the reviews beforehand, I would never have made a reservation. I truly regret staying here. • The room had a strong musty, moldy smell. Since we stayed multiple nights, it was uncomfortable and unpleasant every single day. • We were told in advance that additional towels could be provided upon request. However, when we actually asked, we were told: “We will give them to you this time, but never again. Do not request more than what is prepared in the room.” The tone felt threatening and left us feeling genuinely intimidated. I have previously stayed at the Westminster in Paris, but this hotel should not be considered the same in any way. I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

Excellent facilities, brilliant staff.

Personnels top, chambre un peu petite par rapport à la salle de bain plus grande que la chambre. Spa à payer en plus et pas de disposition si on ne réserve pas avant d'arriver à l'hôtel.

Pratique et très bien situé.
