房間略細，但還可以，廁所淋浴區太細，早餐可口美味，職員有善，還幫忙book車去機場，

名不符實 上網找這家看到巴黎鐵塔 實際景觀很遠 露台一開還有大量油煙味跟很多塵吹進了房間 熱水煲有怪味酸味 打到前台他們說來更換 最後沒有人前來 花了$2300訂一晚一點都不值 超級得後悔！

Loved my room and the view. Staff were really nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Air conditioning worked really good. Break fast had nice choices. The elevator was down, but they was fixing on it as soon as it did. I would stay here again.

Little boutique hotel

The property is a nice quaint hotel. The staff was very nice. Unfortunately during our stay the air conditioning was out on our floor. The hotel agreed to return 50% of the stay through Expedia. I’m waiting to receive the refund.

ideally located to walk all over central Paris

Recent 4 day romantic break. First time in Paris and found Hotel Duquense to be fantastically positioned for access to the main sights. Easy walking distance to many places and several metro stations very close providing a gateway to the rest of Paris. Hotel generally clean and city view room on 4th floor gave amazing view of Eiffel tower. Breakfast good but limited variety. Planning further trips to Paris and will definitely book Hotel Duquense every time.

The issue I had was a broken A/C in our room. This happened diring some very hot days. I was frustrated we weren’t offered a different room, a fan, nothing! We just had to deal with it. I expected much better customer service for the rates we paid!

Friendly staff but the hotel is tiny and offered nothing but a bed & a shower.

I just want to preface this by saying- I think this is the first bad review I’ve ever written. My husband and I were so excited to stay in Paris and this hotel just was not it. We walked into the hotel and a hotel guest was calling the concierge mean and an “a**hole”. We don’t know what happened but after talking to the concierge after the hotel guest left, we sided with the hotel guest. The concierage threatened to call the police and threatened to give away her passport info/name if she didn’t apologize. My husband and I just stood there… The room itself is very small, the shower door didn’t close all the way, so water was always coming out, and after researching for hotels and places that had AC, I was excited because this hotel had it but then the AC broke (which I know is out of their control). But they didn’t tell us, until I called the front desk and then they offered to bring us a fan. The highlight though was Remy- the man who served us breakfast and coffee in the morning. He was so sweet and kind and we loved them. Overall, I would say that I wouldn’t ever recommend this hotel to someone staying in Paris. It’s not worth the money and you could get a better experience somewhere else.

Truly a remarkable stay. The staff was so nice and welcoming. Our room got an upgrade when we checked in. We could see the Eiffel Tower when we sat outside for breakfast. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. I booked a spa appointment and it was so lovely to relax in their spa.

This property is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but our experience was far from it. On our last night, the spa was unusable due to bugs in the jets and staff forgetting to prepare the room for us we booked the hotel to enjoy these amenities that were advertised. The room was dirty upon arrival - pillows had makeup stains and hair and we were consistently locked out, wasting time and causing stress. It took over an hour and three follow-ups just to get replacement pillows. The buffet food was also covered in bugs on our first day, making it inedible. Despite raising these issues, service was slow and unhelpful. We expected a clean, safe, and relaxing stay, but instead encountered poor hygiene, constant inconveniences, and little accountability. Definitely not 4-star quality.
