房間略細，但還可以，廁所淋浴區太細，早餐可口美味，職員有善，還幫忙book車去機場，

名不符實 上網找這家看到巴黎鐵塔 實際景觀很遠 露台一開還有大量油煙味跟很多塵吹進了房間 熱水煲有怪味酸味 打到前台他們說來更換 最後沒有人前來 花了$2300訂一晚一點都不值 超級得後悔！

Small room but quiet and comfortable super close to the Eiffel Tower

We stayed here for two nights and, unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. From the very first night, we encountered multiple issues that made our stay uncomfortable. Our sleep was disrupted late into the night by a continuously crying child, which, while not the hotel’s fault, set the tone for an exhausting stay. On top of that, our room had a leaking thermostat and a constantly dripping shower, both of which we had to try to manage ourselves. The most frustrating part was the complete lack of assistance from hotel staff. Despite multiple attempts to contact reception via phone and mobile, as well as sending an email, we received no response, even three days later. No one offered to move us to another room or provide any help. We have since checked out, but for the price of over $1,000 for two nights, this level of service and lack of response is unacceptable. We do not recommend this hotel based on our experience. There are many other options in the area, and the one we stayed at in Paris prior to this was far superior in service and only 3 stars.

Fav spot to stay in Paris PLUS the Eiffel Tower view from the room. AMAZING!

The property was great, staff were excellent especially Islam who helped us greatly when we arrived thank you for a lovely stay.

The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the property was very clean and well maintained. Although the space was small for 3 guest, but overall i had a pleasant experience.

Excellent service, we had no issues at all. Room was perfect for 2 very comfortable and cute. We got the red/burgundy room. No issues with AC or elevator as mentioned on other reviews. Very walkable to main sites, restaurants and shopping. Almost everybody speaks English and were all very friendly. Definitely a great place to stay.

Balcony view was amazing but the rooms and elevator are quite small. The staff was very nice and Isaac was superb!

Great location in close proximity to the city’s major attractions. Multiple transit lines and metro stations nearby. Very walkable area. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great breakfast.

Great classic hotel with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. I was able to admire it from my room window. The hotel is in a great location. Breakfast was delicious. Great place to stay.

Excellent stay! Room was beautiful and very clean. The only complaint was that our room was on the first floor facing the street and it could be quite loud at the restaurant next door so it was difficult to keep the window open!
