Hotel Duquesne Eiffel

The Hotel was clean, rooms nice and comfortable. Bed nice, bathrooms nice and clean. A little far from places to visit but still walkable but during our stay Paris was with a hotttt weather which made it difficult. But still a nice area.

This was a nice boutique hotel.in the heart of paris. It is only 5-10 ride or you can take the local bus to the major attractions. The place is beautiful however the room were small. I'm American so we are used to larger rooms. I tole the hotel staff and they were able to accommodate for one night but not for all the stay for the bigger room. The breakfast was good. I like that we can eat outside in the front like a local Parisian.

Very small rooms but overall nice and cute

Beautiful hotel with a boutiquey vibe. Staff was friendly and the hotel was so clean. The breakfast was convenient and had buttery croissants. The area was quiet and there were many restaurants, stores and metro near by.

That staff was so helpful. The breakfast was a perfect size for a quick bite. The room was gorgeous and always cleaned well. You do have to ask the front desk to turn on the air since they control it. It was very close to everything we wanted which made it easy to walk around the city.

The room was very clean and quiet, but it was super tiny for three travelers. I understand European rooms are usually smaller, but this was tiny for three women with three suitcases.

This is wonderful hotel, with all the Parisian charm. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, beautiful neighborhood, wonderfully decorated, great breakfast and delicious croissants and pain au chocolate! The staff was really friendly. There is a bistro at the corner with great food and service as well. I loved my stay there!

The place was really small and barely enough room to open one bag, let alone 2 bags. They forgot to replace both our towels and the shower and bathroom were really small.

Absolutely perfect stay, wouldn’t change a thing. Rooms were cozy and artsy, had everything you need in a room and more. Really nice bathrooms, decent closet space, AC, comfortable room size and layout, etc etc. Staff was always available and always helpful with questions or concerns, always very polite as well. Being walking distance from the Eiffel Tower, great food, and other sights was a huge plus as well. Again, wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you!

Had a great time at Hotel Duquesne Eiffel!! The rooms were clean, staff were very helpful and breakfast was really good. View was amazing and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The are strict about the check in time and as we got there early we were able to leave our luggage there and go explore. Melanie was amazing at the front desk and so was all other staff!!!

Clean and very beautiful hotel the rooms are just very small so be prepared to have no space in your hotel room

The most disappointing part of our stay was the behavior of the staff, which began from the moment we walked into the property. We arrived a couple of hours prior to the 3pm check-in, and while the young man at the desk was explaining that the room would not be ready until 3pm, a tiny spider was seen crawling from the plant on the desk to the computer. The spider wasn't the issue, it was the way that he reacted, he was visibly alarmed and lost his professionalism, exclaiming for the facilities manager to kill it. I supposed this also is why neglected to offer any of the refreshments in the lobby, or water, or even options for local breakfast. When we did return at 2:45pm, the room was still not ready, so sat in the lobby. We witnessed more guest arriving to be told that their rooms were not ready, and when a lady asked if she could have some of the refreshments from the lobby, he responded curtly and rudely, then proceeded to speak negatively about in French to his work colleague. Finally, when we did check in, he neglected to advise that the key card is necessary to enable the electricity in the room. We are thankful for the kind cleaning lady who advised us. The staff was terribly rude, the refreshments were exposed to gnats and flies, and this location leaves alot to be desired. I would advise anyone to avoid this property.

Hotel Duquesne Eiffel was an excellent hotel to stay at and the staff were so kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Can’t wait to return.
