今回深夜バスでロンドンから着いて向かっていて疲れていたのもあるかと思いますが、駅から歩く道がスーツケースありだと少ししんどいかもしれません。スタッフは皆さん親切でした。早くチェックインして、しばらくロビーにいたら、無料でアメリカンコーヒーとチョコを出してくれました。美味しかったです。 お部屋は、ベッドもふかふか、お風呂も綺麗、エッフェル塔まで徒歩圏内で総じて良かったと思います。ただ安全な地区ではありますが、観光地に行くにはどこでも一度乗り換えないといけなかったのは少し不便でした。

Enjoyed staying 4 nights at this hotel. We stayed 2nd floor, and able to see Eiffel tower. Might be able to see more clearly if stayed on upper floor. Hotel staffs are very friendly, told me pay attention on picker and protest demonstration. Always keep comfortable condition by perfect cleaning. Only little negative point is that poor ventilation of toilet room, but still acceptable.

good location! can take metro and rent a bicycle easily. Shower didn't have any problem!

One of the loveliest hotels ever. Staff were helpful, food was delicious and atmosphere and rooms were well-appointed and spotless! The location is near two Metro stations and walkable within 2-3 miles of almost everything one might want to see. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Overall it was a lovely stay. Staff were exceptionally fiendly and the breakfast we good. However, our room felt like it needed some repairs. The bathroom door wouldn't shut properly and the shower door would squeak loudly when opened (a problem when trying to shower quietly in the morning and not wake up my boyfriend). We also found the room extremely hot at night and we couldn't understand how to adjust the temperature so we resorted to sleeping with the window open at night. Despite this, it was still a nice stay.

Small room but quiet and comfortable super close to the Eiffel Tower

We stayed here for two nights and, unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. From the very first night, we encountered multiple issues that made our stay uncomfortable. Our sleep was disrupted late into the night by a continuously crying child, which, while not the hotel’s fault, set the tone for an exhausting stay. On top of that, our room had a leaking thermostat and a constantly dripping shower, both of which we had to try to manage ourselves. The most frustrating part was the complete lack of assistance from hotel staff. Despite multiple attempts to contact reception via phone and mobile, as well as sending an email, we received no response, even three days later. No one offered to move us to another room or provide any help. We have since checked out, but for the price of over $1,000 for two nights, this level of service and lack of response is unacceptable. We do not recommend this hotel based on our experience. There are many other options in the area, and the one we stayed at in Paris prior to this was far superior in service and only 3 stars.

Fav spot to stay in Paris PLUS the Eiffel Tower view from the room. AMAZING!

The property was great, staff were excellent especially Islam who helped us greatly when we arrived thank you for a lovely stay.

The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the property was very clean and well maintained. Although the space was small for 3 guest, but overall i had a pleasant experience.

Excellent service, we had no issues at all. Room was perfect for 2 very comfortable and cute. We got the red/burgundy room. No issues with AC or elevator as mentioned on other reviews. Very walkable to main sites, restaurants and shopping. Almost everybody speaks English and were all very friendly. Definitely a great place to stay.

Balcony view was amazing but the rooms and elevator are quite small. The staff was very nice and Isaac was superb!

Great location in close proximity to the city’s major attractions. Multiple transit lines and metro stations nearby. Very walkable area. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great breakfast.
