Excellent location, the beach is across the street, plenty of good restaurants and shops. Hotel beakfast buffet offer large variety of excellent food !

Ar condicionado do quarto não tem regulagem de temperatura e velocidade. Sempre gelado. E estava em um quarto frente para o mar. O chuveiro sem pressão e banheiro antigo.

Checkin demorado demais….antes do checkout recebemos um papel informando sobre horário, achei desnecessário e desperdício de papel. Além do que uma água minera de 300ml, ou seja, UM COPO AMERICANO, custa R$11, e ainda queriam me cobrar taxa de serviço, passando a valer essa água 12,10. Absurdo e abusivo!

Todo muy bien, pero en una oportunidad pedimos servicio a la habitación y luego quise que la comida me la calentaran nuevamente y se negaron

O hotel estava lotado, mas preparado para receber todas essas pessoas. O atendimento foi bem satisfatório. Quarto de luxo muito espaçoso e muito limpo. Ótima cama e banho Gostoso.

Very clean and safe

Thanks so much to all the friendly staff at the beautiful Windsor Leme hotel!! Everyone was very professional, kind and helpful. To me this is clearly the best spot on the beach front. If there was boxes to check for everything it has to offer, it would check all of them. Views ✅ location✅ friendly staff ✅ room ✅ shower (haha cause it was the best shower ever)✅ food ✅ thanks again for making our trip from Canada just the best 🫶🏼
