Great Dining Clean Rooms Helpful Staff

A lot of the staff speak and understand English, which was a nice surprise! Absolutely beautiful views from the rooftop bar and pool. Sauna was perfect after a days walking. Bed and pillows were divine. Best sleep ever! Freshly made omelet with your choice of fillings for breakfast and beautiful meals in the evening. Lots of staff, always pleasant. Nothing was a problem for them. One of the best hotels I have stayed at in my travels worldwide. A huge thank you to all the staff. You should be proud.

WLAN im Zimmer funktionierte nicht, dazu war es sehr laut am Morgen. Frühstück war gut und viel Auswahl. Lage auch gut, wir fühlten uns sicher.

Quarto , limpo a funcionário da limpeza foi fantástica , todos os funcionários tirando o Paulo no final , todos os outros com tratamento mal educado d parece que não querem está aí . Não são nada prestativo , e não é pedir muito o próprio serviço dela não fazem bem . Sempre com uma cara amarrada . O check sempre muito frio e sem nenhum delicadeza no trato . I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel in Brazil. For a hotel that considers itself a 4-star property, the conditions were completely unacceptable. First of all, when I checked into the room, the bed sheets were torn and the towels looked dirty. Throughout my entire stay, housekeeping came regularly, but the towels still looked poorly washed and the sheets continued to be torn. The room itself was not properly clean either. When I moved one of the chairs, I found plastic bags and trash that were probably left behind by previous guests. There was dust in multiple areas, the TV was hanging crooked on the wall, and there was even a hole in the wall. What shocked me the most was that the soap and shampoo in the shower seemed to be diluted with water. I have never seen this even in budget hotels. The breakfast staff were actually friendly and polite, but there was another serious issue in the breakfast area. The chef preparing omelets cooks directly under a ventilation hood that is completely covered in dust. Because of the airflow from the air conditioner and the ventilation system, I could literally see dust falling down toward the food while he was cooking. It was honestly disgusting to watch. On top of that, the omelets were often undercooked and still raw inside. I was genuinely shocked by the lack of hygiene and quality standards throughout this hotel. Honestly, I would not consider this hotel anywhere close to a 4-star experience. I would not even give it

O hotel é muito bem localizado, em frente à praia e com muitas opções de gastronomia por perto. O quarto é confortável e limpo. O atendimento é de primeira.

O quarto é grande, limpo e muito confortável. A equipe de funcionários foi perfeita no atendimento. Café da manhã muito bom.
