Great stay overall. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious; although it was a little cold, this was likely due to the time of year. The rainfall shower was excellent, with fantastic water pressure. Breakfast was fresh and well prepared, with a good selection that offered just the right amount of choice.

Great value for money. Very clean, quiet spacious rooms. Great hotel in the right location. Breakfast was five star. Couldn't fault the hotel at all.

A lovely place. Room, staff, etc were all as they should be and we had a good stay.

Excellent hotel, great staff - lovely breakfast, the hotel was further out than exected :)

Dowels were out of the wall in the room toilet. Staff dropped the table cleaning cloth on the floor and then used it again. 3rd bed for our child: the mattress was so old that she could not sleep. We slept as it was only for coule of nights. In general, the hotel is in poor condition. Carpets really dirty. Not enough staff, tables in the lobby were left with glasses and diahes for a long time.

Heating in family room did not work. Parents and child freezing all night. Big draft coming through window making it worse. Shower was also leaking and dripping

Room was nice enough, but very disappointed to be charged £7.50 to park my car which I was informed was heavily advertised, which I hadn't seen anywhere. Not a lot of money, but it felt very underhand in the way I was told and charged.

Great room, location and staff

Had a lovely stay once again at the doubletree. Second year running to visit Winchester Christmas market. The staff were great and really accommodating. The facilities were perfect and breakfast had a great selection we all enjoyed

Ok but disappointed that they fleeced us to park the car, wouldn't stay again because of that.

Small refregerator is the only missing in this hotel

The only thing that missing in the hotel room the fridg. I wish the hotel admenstration consider it.
