Great room, location and staff

Had a lovely stay once again at the doubletree. Second year running to visit Winchester Christmas market. The staff were great and really accommodating. The facilities were perfect and breakfast had a great selection we all enjoyed

Ok but disappointed that they fleeced us to park the car, wouldn't stay again because of that.

Such a friendly welcome and a lovely warm cookie on arrival! Bed was soooo comfortable and room was spotless.

Small refregerator is the only missing in this hotel

The only thing that missing in the hotel room the fridg. I wish the hotel admenstration consider it.

Really bice hotel. Room clean, spacious and overall just a lovely hotel

The hotel itself is very lovely. Clean, neat and aesthetically pleasing. The rooms are spotless and cosy. For me, the bed was a bit too hard. Also, the duvet wasn’t thick enough but the cushions were plush and lovely. I found it hard to keep the heating on- it seemed I had to keep the light on for the heat to pump through the vents… maybe that was me not using it properly. Beautiful bathrooms, spacious and clean. Staff at reception were a bit sparse and we had to wait a while to be seen. Nice bar and seating area.

We had a great stay made memorable by the hard working girl on reception who couldn’t have been more helpful

It was our first time coming to this hotel and we had such a lovely and relaxing time everything was clean and tidy the staff were so welcoming

Room was perfect, but having to pay for parking for the night thought it was wrong. Was there for a party and for the same two drink i was being charged different prices. Two vodka and cokes with two shots £26.

Staff was amazing, food was delicious, room spacious, bartender was the best to laugh and enjoy the evening

Check in fast, friendly efficient. Room exceptionally clean. Restaurant, visually a little tired. Restaurant staff absolutely made up for that - friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. Food was really good, small menu - but with our party of 10 - cooked to perfection, and served promptly, even though the rest of the restaurant looked busy as well. Bar staff, very friendly. Special mention to Jeven who kept up with our large group orders, in the evening (Saturday 1st November)

Stay here overnight with my daughter after spending the day at peppapig land. We had a lovely stay

Room was great but parking is charged at £7.50 and half board misleading as it’s an alliance of about £24 Menu / pricing is not transparent. Bill as my husband left was confusing still unclear what we were charged for
