The hotel itself is very lovely. Clean, neat and aesthetically pleasing.
The rooms are spotless and cosy.
For me, the bed was a bit too hard. Also, the duvet wasn’t thick enough but the cushions were plush and lovely.
I found it hard to keep the heating on- it seemed I had to keep the light on for the heat to pump through the vents… maybe that was me not using it properly.
Beautiful bathrooms, spacious and clean.
Staff at reception were a bit sparse and we had to wait a while to be seen.
Nice bar and seating area.

Check in fast, friendly efficient.
Room exceptionally clean.
Restaurant, visually a little tired. Restaurant staff absolutely made up for that - friendly, and willing to go the extra mile.
Food was really good, small menu - but with our party of 10 - cooked to perfection, and served promptly, even though the rest of the restaurant looked busy as well.
Bar staff, very friendly.
Special mention to Jeven who kept up with our large group orders, in the evening (Saturday 1st November)
