I am sorry to evaluate at that score, the whole hotel situation is good. The bad is reception service. An old guy is not so polite. I think i am good at English communication but he is so aggresive and push me a lot when I do check in.

Hotel was great. I think though that I might have been shilled by the VERY early morning night manager. I told him that I had used several mini bar items and he advised that he couldn't take the charge on a CC but would have to pay cash. It was only about $35 USD but then I saw a $35 charge on my CC in addition to my room charges ($3000). I'd stay there again in a heart beat but I would NOT trust a night manager again...

Beautifully decorated rooms and hotel. Easy walk, access to vaperetto and water taxis. Extensive breakfast buffet. Very pleased. Recommend.

Just amazing but not a perfect canal veiw

GOOD - Hotel and rooms were very clean, the staff was very friendly, welcoming and would do whatever they could to please you. Great location too! BAD - Horrible air conditioning, room never went below 20.5C. Breakfast was limited, with soggy wet scrambled eggs and gross coffee. $30 Euros for mixed alcohol drinks, ridiculous!

fantastic location

It’s a hotel it’s a museum and a very beautiful stay. It’s warm and situated in a great location. Definitely Classy friendly and welcoming with luxury and warmth.

Attentive staff and a lovely hotel

We loved that this hotel is a throwback to old Venice, but with contemporary flare and updates. We had a suite on the lagoon. One thing to know is that the lagoon rooms have a lot of foot traffic underneath them as people are boarding tenders to go back to cruise ships near here. But we thought that was fun and it did not bother us at all. The traffic is mostly during the day when we were out and about.

Freundlicher Empfang, nettes Zimmer, alles wunderbar sauber. Unser Zimmer hatte Lagunenblick-den Aufpreis sollte man sich gönnen. Etwas umständliche Zimmerbeleuchtung, für Ladegeräte ist ein Zwischenstecker hilfreich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auf hohen Niveau. Mit dem Vaporetto in Sichtweite liegt es auch äußerst Verkehrsgünstig.

Muy buena ubicación y servicio

The hotel forgot to pick us up at the train station, it w as midnight , We had 4 suit cases and 4 carry on bags. We could not get a water taxi at that hour. I called the hotel. they instructed my to take the water bus. With all this luggage and cobble stone , upon arrival at the water bus station nearest our hotel. We had to walk 5 city blocks crossing 3 bridges. It was terrible. we ruined two pair of shoes.

Literally one of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever been to in my 63 years of traveling the world. The location, the food, the artworks, the rooms, the staff! Everything was superb. I was with my mother and aunt, both are very particular about their standards and we were all equally impressed.
