Clean big room, nice swimming pool and yoga session. Rooftop bar view is amazing but busy for taking photos. Food at restaurants tasty. Nothing to complain here

No separate elevator for public space and hotel rooms, even though we need key to go up to the room

Superb staff especially Pod and Jackie which was very kind and helpful. I left my charger at the hotel and the staff was very kind to send it to my next hotel.• Super clean and spacious room.• Very comfortable bed. Location is a bit far from BTS and MRT. But it 's not a big problem if you plan to use taxi all the way.

I’m so happy to booked the Banyan tree hotel Bangkok through Traveloka. It is very easy, simple and the price is the cheapest by far.
