Very clean and spacious room with well-equipped amenities. Breakfast buffet was excellent with variety of options. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location wise needs a bit of walking to transportation (10-15 mins) but it was pleasant walk. Overall very nice stay and will definitely come back next time.

不如預期，雖然餐廳及門房人員服務不錯，但是反應電視無法連上youtube，房務雖回覆已安排人員檢測，但整晚都沒有人來維護。

酒店位置並非十分方便，酒店亦沒有提供Shuttle Bus方便住客，坐車到酒店十分擠塞。
酒店人員的服務卓越及有禮，但不明白為什麼要安排男職員巡查女蒸氣房，使女賓客十分驚恐，而男女浴室及洗手間的指示牌，亦十分不清楚，只得一個圖案，並沒有文字顯示，為男或女的分別，我見到有男賓客走進女廁所，我覺得酒店應該要清楚展示男女厠的分別及男女員工的工作分配。
酒店設施開始有些老舊，尤其插頭並沒有跟進時尚增加USB插頭，仍然使用老舊的插頭。
最後離開酒店時乘坐酒店提供接駁車站的篤篤車，但司機十分危險，如入無人之境， 十分之危險駕駛，再有機會我亦不會乘座，亦不推薦給大家乘坐。

We have tried the Chinese cuisine at 59/f. The Chinese food is very good and out of my expectation. The executive chef is profesioonal and he cooks the food and meet Chinese/HongKongese tasty. Overall very good.
Spa is good and staff provide very good service level.

Everything about this stay was exceptional— to the room, amenities, food and especially the staff who were friendly and accommodating the moment you arrived. Even with an early check out at 4am, they prepared us a breakfast to go and even helped me in printing an urgent document for work in the middle of the night. Highly recommend if you're staying in Bangkok! Would definitely come back if I'm ever in Bangkok again.
