Doubletree Hilton at Cheltenham is fabulous for family trip where I ever experienced with. The staffs were very helpful for everything even I requested so much to suit for the elderly, such as shower bathroom etc. I would highly recommend the Hilton at Cheltenham for everyone.

Nice stay but room is small

Service is good, room is tidy and comfort and the staffs are helpful. Love to stay again.

Very disappointed with the room. It didn't look like the photos at all. Very old, tired and warn decor. Not up to Double Tree standards. The staff were very friendly though and the gym was decent.

The stay was ok. The property is too far out of the town centre and the food offering was limited.

Room was very clean and had all the amenities to hand. Access to the soa facilities, pool, sauna was a great addition. Bar a little pricey but comfortable.

The first room was too far away from the hotel. Second room was much better although it wasn’t a king size bed that I requested and paid for.

Excellent all round. We will return.

I particularly appreciated having an iron and ironing board in the room, as this is not something I often find in other hotels. The hotel offered a great selection of coffee and high-quality tea, which I really enjoyed. Although I experienced a minor issue with the bathroom, it was resolved within five minutes, which reflects the hotel’s excellent customer service and attention to guests’ needs. The hotel is a wonderful place to relax while also serving as an ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds and the surrounding areas. Its location is excellent, and the free parking makes it easy to travel around and visit nearby attractions. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.

Hotel generally very good increased charges for breakfast and parking have to into account. Conveniently located Cheltenham a fine town plenty of places to eat and very clean.

We had a great time. Staff were friendly and the warm cookie on arrival was a nice touch.

Breakfast wasn't well stocked, swimming pool was OK but the showers weren't working in the changing rooms and the changing rooms were dirty. Rooms were clean

They do not cater for disabled people and we found the staff not helpful.On arrival nobody told you where breakfast was and evening meals were. We had to walk round the road way to get breakfast as my husband finds it difficult to do stairs our room was up a flight of stairs so once he was down he stayed down.I don't understand why there is not a lift.Would not recommend this hotel to my friends.

Very grubby carpets, room smelled musty, decor weathered. Over priced and very disappointed and will never stay there again

First room over looked aircon units and smelt damp so changed rooms. Asked for firmer pillows and was offered bath towels instead. Finally got it right. Breakfast was great. Good choice and hot. Toaster as always one side brown the other near burnt. Bar staff excellent, fast service and friendly. The main dining room is another story. Asked if they had a table as we hadn't booked and was left waiting for 10 minutes. Left with no response so pretty poor. Ordered room service but so far down the corridor ot was barely warm. I general good hotel
