Doubletree Hilton at Cheltenham is fabulous for family trip where I ever experienced with. The staffs were very helpful for everything even I requested so much to suit for the elderly, such as shower bathroom etc. I would highly recommend the Hilton at Cheltenham for everyone.

Nice stay but room is small

Service is good, room is tidy and comfort and the staffs are helpful. Love to stay again.

We had problems with our shower, with broken handles, could not set the right temperature. The bathroom needs updating. On arrival, we were told they did I not have anything else available, which was not true. The Receptionist simply did not want to help…the staff at the Bar& Restaurant were very good & friendly. The food was very good 😊

Very handy location on the outskirts of Cheltenham the staff were very friendly and helpful room was spotless even though the hotel inside is showing its age gym and pool were fantastic breakfast was really good wide selection of food.

Nice large clean room.

The staff were very friendly at check-in, the chocolate chip cookie was a nice little extra too! The reception area was lovely and overall the hotel looked nice however, unfortunately our room and bathroom were quite small with a few cleanliness/hygiene issues (e.g., hairs on towels) and some repairs needed in the room (bottom of the shower was coming away from the wall, paint peeling etc). Overall, it was a fine stay for one night as we were attending an event nearby but not sure I’d stay for much longer and do think it was quite expensive for what you get.

The room was under the parking, no sunlight, and the hotel was old. The pool was very good and the spa.

Room was clean apart from the mould around the window. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was ok for people who ate full english and pastries. My gluten free station was just beige. The downfall was that it is advertised with room service and says 24hour. On the Friday I wasn't well so my partner stayed in with me and wanted something brought to the room but we were told that they had no staff for room service. He was then offered a bar snack but he would have to go and collect it and then he was told he only had twenty minutes to decide. He decided not to. He ended up ordering a deliveroo which really wasn't what he wanted at all.

The room was great , but the breakfast was atrocious. Queuing up to get coffee with one machine broken and the staff in the restaurant with dinner serving was so appalling that we waited 45mins to an hour to get served. We had to rally around them but the fact that they wiped the bill was a nice bit of compensation.

We had very good time, nice spotless room, good food, really loved it. Spent really nice weekend

The room was clean and spacious

The car parking arrangement is the most terrible as it carried out some work and requested customers to move their car out before 9am the next day. And there is no parking lot around that area. The hotel room shower enclosure is loose and almost fell down. No one goes to check before assigning the room to guests. And it's a bit noisy as the next room was drilling something. The swimming pool is very crowed, one lane closed for swimming lesson, water is not very hygiene. Very unlikely to choose to stay this hotel again and recommend to others. It also affects my impression to all hotels under Hilton group. It's terrible experience

Our room was dog-friendly , as requested, very clean and spacious. No complaints at all. The staff were all very polite, friendly and efficient. Really good!
