Hotel seems very old and more like a 3 star hotel than a 4 star hotel. Also not very good isolation as you could hear people snoring.

Our flight to Barcelona was cancelled 30 minutes before the flight so we did not get to stay in the hotel and it was too late to cancel for a refund. How do you think I feel about the whole experience?

The staff was great and very helpful. Located close to Las Ramblas, but the neighborhood was not clean. The room was clean but there were holes in the laminate floors and the corridor walls and the couch was in poor shape.
