Had a fantastic stay. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help. Our room was cleaned and beds made every morninh whilst we were at breakfast, which was wonderful. The hotel is on the doorstep of some amazing authentic restaurants and night life, but the room is still quiet for a good night's sleep.

I can’t believe this place is rated a four star. It was no more than a two. It needs to be updated tremendously. I couldn’t wait to leave, the room felt so gross. The staff was not accommodating at all. Sadly This is where I spent New Year’s Eve.

Customer service was good. Rochelle and other staffers were very helpful in giving us directions.
We ate breakfast at a close by cafe, but the breakfast offered at the hotel was way too expensive. It should have been included as part of the price, as it is at most other hotels, or be more reasonably priced..;
It was clean and quiet. No other issues.
