Clean and comfy

+ Helpful friendly staff, tv broke the receptionist fixed it in 3 mins, very comfy beds in an ample sized room, breakfast was continental or Full English so enough choices. - Sadly we had zero view of anything we were on floor 1 right next to the lifts, a bare dirty patio that’s not been swept for a good while! The whole hotel needs brightening up, very dark wood interiors etc but it’s biggest drawback is that it’s a long way from any bars, restaurants of Brisbane so no nightlife to speak of. Would we return, no but it’s not horrendous.

Awesome hotel and staff. We only stayed one night and went into the pool and spa. Had room service which was quick and easy. They were great and I'd happily stay there again.

The buffet breakfast was lovely. Worth the money. Staff were friendly. The pool is quite dirty with all the leaves. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Our room has view lake, it's across the esplanade.

Nice, clean hotel and room. Beautiful spa room - clean and comfortable. I cant comment on the pool or sauna as due to our very last check in we unfortunately missed getting to use the actual “resort”. My only issues were: - check in which was 2.5 hours late - we didn’t receive our “special occasion gifts” in our room which we had been specifically told were in there ready for us.

Happy with our stay, only downfall was the air-conditioning in our room. It would go warm overnight and result in us blanketess and sweating. Unfortunately ruined the quality of sleep which was disappointing as we were really excited for a hotel that had an actual dooner on the bed that was cozy. Made a good nights sleep and sleep in impossible.

Fantasic breakfast .Used the ferry to get around .Ferry charge 50 cents tap on tap off.Cafe's 12 min walk good location.
