The room was clean, a good size, with comfortable chairs and had all the thungs you need to be comfortable. The bathrooms could use some updating.

Loved the fresh baked cookies at check in! Edward was awesome and answered my questions throughout my stay promptly and very helpfully.

We had a lovely stay with a beautiful view. Very calm and quiet stay. No complementary breakfast but there is a nice restaurant on the second floor - a bit pricey but good food. Parking was not included in hotel stay and paid separately. Staff was nice.

We selected this property based off of a great view and having a pool. The view was great but they failed to mention that the pool was closed for renovations, I understand that renovations need to happen but it would have been nice of them to mention that before I booked. The coffee machine in the room was so dirty it was unusable. There is no sound proofing at all in the building. From the yelling all night from whatever team was staying there in the adjacent rooms, to being woken up by the cleaning staff ramming a vacuum cleaner into the furniture in the above room. Overall a terrible experience and it ruined my entire stay. There are many more hotels on the waterfront in Windsor, I can’t imagine any of them not being better. 0 stars would have been given if it were possible.

tub had a hair in it and sink faucet leaked like crazy from the handle. the room smelled pretty heavy of bleach. the view was beautiful, was quiet enough, the service was good and efficient

River room with two queen beds does not have a full view of the river but a little section of window facing the Chrysler building and a piece of the river. Was not told at check in I had to pay extra for parking until I received my receipt on checking out as I didn’t book the room originally I didn’t see in the fine details. The housekeeping staff knocked on my door at 9:30am asking when I was leaving so she could clean. Check out time is 11:00am. I was in the middle of getting dressed and was interrupted.

Room was ok. Toilet seemed like it was going to overflow every time you flushed! The bathroom could use some updating.
