Room was not clean.

Clean room & attentive staff

The room was either freezing or sweltering. The breakfast buffet had no variety or healthy options besides some fruit. The restaurant was cold and uncomfortable for longer lingering dinners.

Lovely view Friendly staff and very clean rooms

Our room did not come with a stocked bar, the shower towels were not in the room. Our water didn't get hot but our other friends who stayed in two separate rooms on different floors had steaming hot water? Overall it was a good experience. The views are great

The room requires multiple repairs; walls, peeling base of bed, heating system not functional for one day, rusted closet doors, etc. The staff and maintenance crew were kind and welcoming.

The room was clean, staff is always friendly, this is our second time staying at this hotel. The view from the panoramic room is always beautiful. The hotel could use an update but that doesn’t stop us from staying there. Can’t wait for our next trip out to Windsor

Great view from the riverfront room. Easy check in experience and the room was very clean. There is a 20$ parking fee added to the bill at check in if you are using the parking garage located behind the hotel.

Great location

Very comfortable room. Efficient staff and friendly. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great view of the river. My only complaint is that the water pressure from the shower was terrible. Otherwise a great stay.

Clean , housekeeping on Saturday day staff very friendly& helpful, caring Staff in restaurant friendly helpful Female bar tender Saturday night so sweet made my granddaughter a very special hot chocolate after the parade

Fates but clean close to the pool If ever there for a swim meet. Staff very friendly!

The front area to check in was very crowded with cars and after my check in, I was stuck in the front area for around 29 minutes waiting to leave the area. Shortly after going into our room, my girlfriend started experiencing some severe allergies due to the remanence of prior guests with dogs. She is allergic to many things, but dogs are often an immediate reaction. After going down to discuss with a staff after only 20 minutes of being at the hotel, I was told a refund was not an option, and the best they could do was offer me another room. Mind you, the first room has a subtle musk of wet dog. The second room, slightly better but we’re still experiencing a similar reaction to the room. Itchy eyes, throat/breathing wheezing, and itchy where she had made contact with the bed, and chairs. The rooms need to be scented better, they have a musk to them. The lobby and halls are fine, but overall this is not a place we will stay again. And not even considering a refund after 20 minutes is not the greatest experience.

Outstands accommodating. Best Windsor Ontario has to offer. Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff and cleaning crews.would suggest BW P waterfront as the #1place to stay in Windsor

No shopping near by
