Staff was really nice. Room was clean. Would go back.

Friendly front desk staff was welcoming. Enjoyed the comp cookies too! Room was clean and fresh.

Great service, clean room and an amazing view

Had a few issues with the room at first but the staff was great and relocated us, Was clean and enjoyable, beautiful view with great coffe at stand by. The bar was calming with many great food and drink options.

The room was clean we had a great view of the river!! The bed and pillows were very comfortable!!

The room view is great however the rooms need to be updated. TVs suck! Channel swlection is horrible. Leaking faucets sink and tub. When reported the staff said they could not fix it. With all that happened we left a day early and requested a refunde for that day due to all the mishaps. The customer service rep was horrible about the ordeal. Lastly parking is a joke. I am handicapped and the parking is to far also i requested a handicapped room i have problems lifting legs up into tubs, the staff told me i was not handicapped enough to have that type of room.

The staff were nice, property clean. I didn’t like that they didn’t offer a free breakfast. I didn’t care for the fact that there was a 21.99 fee person for a minimum buffet even when I asked about breakfast at check in. I was told yes there is breakfast. This would have been a good time to say that it wasn’t complimentary and expensive in my opinion for what was offered. Another additional fee was parking. There was parking on the back side of the building for $19 a day and that I didn’t even have to display it in the car, I was told I could display or just keep it on me. Strange. On a positive, room was clean and the few of the river was very pretty

Rooms were very nice, staff was very courteous and helpful, and it’s a great location with a lot of amenities close.

Toilet was not working, parking was a walk and a half away. The rooms heat was not working we were freezing cold all day and night they did nothing to help

The heat did not work in the room. The shower took forever to get luke warm. When callong down to complain the staff did not seem to care.

Room is good. Staff is nice. Long wait for check in… 20 mins with 4 people in line.

Bath room exhaust fan was making loud noise. They replaced it next day. Not happy with hotel services overall.

Room overall was nice. The tv remote didn’t work right which was very annoying and the actual tv channels were all pretty lousy. The bed was pretty comfortable but the pillow cases were scratchy. The biggest feature is the view of the river which was very nice.

The hotel is clean and has a beautiful view!!!
