Had a few issues with the room at first but the staff was great and relocated us, Was clean and enjoyable, beautiful view with great coffe at stand by. The bar was calming with many great food and drink options.

The hotel denied check in. Room was booked for an employee. Hotel was asking physical credit card for check in the guy didn’t have it. Hotel should have charged security on the credit card that was used for booking. Guest chose to walk away instead. Terrible experience. Seeking refund for the booking

The room liked tired and the bathroom tub had a massive area where the ceramic has come away it looks awful actually to be honest. The toilet seat was loose .
