Room was very clean. Our room had a fantastic view over looking the river. There was ample floor space in the single king bed suite. A nice chair and ottoman to relax in. We will be back.

Terrible signage, hard to locate front door. Parking is terrible. Elevators are slow and can take upwards of 10+ minutes to get a working elevator.

Great hotel. The suite overlooking the water was awesome. Pool was closed but we had access to the pool in the connected hotel.

Decent rooms, gym was closed for maintenance which was a con for us as we needed one. Parking could have been better. Otherwise the stay itself was good.

I had a great stay overall! The room was amazing, and the view was beautiful. Cindy at check-in was very helpful and understanding when I had a slight delay, which I really appreciated—great customer service. The only downsides were that the website didn’t mention the pool was under maintenance. They do allow guests to use the pool at the neighboring hotel, which was nice, Overall, still a good experience, and I would stay again.

Very comfortable and the river views it’s stunning especially at night

The elevators were not all in working order and one seemed to be a bit rough when moving. The hotel seemed to run off of the one next door they used their pool and we ate at the river room for dinner and breakfast which was great! Not sure if that restaurant is associated with the best western or the hotel next door.

The room was clean, a good size, with comfortable chairs and had all the thungs you need to be comfortable. The bathrooms could use some updating.

Loved the fresh baked cookies at check in! Edward was awesome and answered my questions throughout my stay promptly and very helpfully.

We had a lovely stay with a beautiful view. Very calm and quiet stay. No complementary breakfast but there is a nice restaurant on the second floor - a bit pricey but good food. Parking was not included in hotel stay and paid separately. Staff was nice.

We selected this property based off of a great view and having a pool. The view was great but they failed to mention that the pool was closed for renovations, I understand that renovations need to happen but it would have been nice of them to mention that before I booked. The coffee machine in the room was so dirty it was unusable. There is no sound proofing at all in the building. From the yelling all night from whatever team was staying there in the adjacent rooms, to being woken up by the cleaning staff ramming a vacuum cleaner into the furniture in the above room. Overall a terrible experience and it ruined my entire stay. There are many more hotels on the waterfront in Windsor, I can’t imagine any of them not being better. 0 stars would have been given if it were possible.
