Very nice staff and facility..customs police sucked

Walkable to casino and dining options. Beautiful view of the river and the Detroit skyline

It was for one night to go to a concert. Room was cosy. Television service came in and our though.

We had a great and pleasant stay. Cleanliness and staffs is excellent

Nice view and thr river & Detroit. Restaurant was quite good.

Overall this was a great experience. The front desk staff were caring & attentive. Thanks to Arturo & Angeline, they are truly frontline ambassadors! We left with plans to return to Windsor for another mini vacation. Most excellent location next door to Adventure Bay & the riverfront walkway across the street. Clean, comfy accommodation with lovely river view. Delicious lunch, generous portions served by Aya!!! at River Room restaurant.

The property is fine. We were expecting to use the pool but it’s closed so we were offered to use the pool in the adjacent hotel but it would have been better if it was mentioned during booking.

如果选河景房风景不错，对面就是底特律，不过里面的设施不太适合中国人，没用烧水壶(只能喝自来水)，没用拖鞋，牙刷，最关键，没用可以打开的窗户，只能用一个机器通风，空气很不好，而且入住一定要用信用卡，因为要用信用卡预授权扣款，还有100加拿大元的押金，信用卡预授权押金退款很慢的，少则几天多则几十天，个人觉得住家庭旅馆比这种酒店要划算。
