I recommend this place

Nice hotel with a good complimentary breakfast. This was our second stay—our first visit was great. We wanted one room for 4 adults and 2 kids (since two adults are seniors), but booking through Expedia kept giving us two rooms. We booked as 2 adults and 2 kids, like last time, when it wasn’t a problem. This time, though, the front desk called us right away while still walking to our room asking for extra charges for the additional adults. I was willing to pay, but the way it was handled felt abrupt and unfriendly. The hotel is still nice, but the customer service could be more understanding, especially for returning guests

Great stay

We didn’t like anything! This is the first and last time we stayed here.

Good location and spacious rooms.

There is only one EV charging place (50kW) that made it difficult to travel with an EV.

The front desk staff was very good, checking in was easy, the room we received had 2 bathrooms, one in a loft with bed and sitting area, small kitchen area , beds were nice, restaurants near by, breakfast was decent.

Great place to stay. Great staff to accommodate your needs. Parking was limited and tight if the place was full. Good value for the money. Thank you for the free Breakfast. Will book again when I am back in town.

Very good economical family friendly

One Toilet was blocked another one was leaking through out night. Enabled to sleep properly. Staff of breakfast time was behaved badly . We were just starting our food but we were asked to go out from restaurant without finishing our meal so we will not come back again here.

The staff were amazing! So hospitable and helpful. Customer service there is top notch! We really enjoyed staying there.

Nice place and friendly staff. But had problem with AC. Room was hot.

1 hour from jasper. Family loft was nice for our family of 5 with 2 rooms attached.

Dejligt værelse med trappe op til repo hvor der også var en dobbeltseng samt et badeværelse, så i alt to badeværelse. Der manglede intet , det var også muligt at lave mad på værelset. Morgenmaden var også fin. Sødt og hjælpsomt personale .Kan kun anbefale stedet
